We hired a new guy at work, and to make a long story short, we've discovered that he's lying about pretty much everything: education history , etc. What should we do?

Meaning worse punishments for higher BAC scores. Currently DWI laws have the same punishments for any BAC over the limit when its far more dangerous to drive at twice (or even 3 times) the legal limit. I also think if drunk and you kill someone it should be murder, not manslaughter.

A friend of mine has been working crazy hours because of a staff shortage. Last week they submitted their signed time sheet to their supervisor with a lot of OT hours. The supervisor then submitted another time sheet to payroll minus the OT hours, this time sheet was unsigned,(which is against company procedure). When the payroll dept. called the supervisor about the unsigned time sheet, the supervisor said the employee knew all about it when they in fact did not.

I say that behavior is criminal. Does anyone have any idea's of how to proceed?

We sold a Harley Davidson to a friend for 16,000 while he lived in CA. He moved to AZ 4 months into the agreement. The agreement (handwritten and signed by both parties) was for him to pay 260.00 a month at 16% for 72 months. This monthly payment was to cover my payment for my new Harley.. 1 month living in AZ he was in wreck and totalled the bike with no insurance. The only reason we heard was through the wrecker who had already held it for 1 year. It would have cost us 5,000 to get it out.
We have sent him a demand for payment letter and have heard nothing. Whats next and can we file a lien against him, CA or AZ?

SUICIDES or attempt to suicide have always been considered a punishable offence by Indian Law.Don't you feel that a man must have absolute right over his life-and if he does not consideres it worth living , and has willingly decided to put an end to it ,why should the court then be wasting its time on deliberating upon such the issue?Isn't it a complete waste of the time and efforts discussing such issues?please send in your opinion...even a slightest effort from your side would be greatly acknowledged.

In some parts of Great Britian, it is common practice for the government to take possession of the house of someone who is taken into care because they are unable to cope alone.
This property is often something the person has worked and paid tax for all his or her life yet the Government can legally snatch it from them and spend the proceeds any way it likes.

I think this practice is disgusting and should be voted out immediatly. what do you think?

Exactly what kinds of responsibilities does a sole trustee have in regards to being the trustee over property and a building on that property? Is it possible to have more than one trustee, and is that beneficial? Thanks!

My husband and I are divorcing after a tumultuous relationship. He has not been there for our two children and did not even want the second. I have allowed him to do a lot of damage in our lives. He has several personality disorders and will not stay in treatment. There is also misuse of perscription drugs and so much more. Because all of his relationships are exploitative in nature, he has no qualms about going in and out of anyone's life if he needs something from them. I don't want this happening. I don't want to be looking over my shoulder wondering when he and his family or he and his new girlfriend will try to take my kids from me. They fight dirty and victimizing others is their method of uniting.

I think my husband would volunteerily terminate his parental rights, in order not to pay child support. A person from Legal Assistance told me that the state will not go for it because they want to get from him the $ they are paying in Medical. He has a lawyer. I can't afford one.

My boyfriend who's not very artistic with words, was convicted of a crime I know for a fact he did not commit. The system "railroaded" him as some of his friends have called it. I know that the investigator knew he didn't commit the crime and I can prove it with minimal resouces that I of course do not have. I feel as though the district attorney office knew too.My biggest fear is that because we don't have the money to hire a lawyer outside the area these humans are going to do whatever it takes to cover themselves and it probably won't take much as the honorable people of the court are co-workers and eat lunch together as normal people do.I'm so scared that they are going to exaust his chances of receiving justice because if someone ever listenes to our personal experience with the investigators, and listenes to the purjury that was commited in the court, this county will have to pay this man.His mother passed Saturday. He will not be able to attend her funeral.HIS MOTHER!!LORD HELP US
