Until that other state came and picked you up. If you broke a law in one state and arrested in another, that state has to honor the laws of the orignal state.

I AGREE...IT fairly relies upon because there are a variety of of PRISONS AND COUNTY JAILS that are OVER CROWDED. so that they don't seem TAKING THEM ON TIME. IF ITS A DUI... I DONT imagine he will be IN lengthy besides.
