If they have a court order for the blood test, they can do it. If you refuse to comply, they can do it forcefully. To get a court order, they had to have probable cause.
WIth the court order, they're going to do it anyway, so you might as well go along with it.

In a jail cell, blood and dna evidence can be obtained only if the authorities are in a possesion of a warrant. If blood was taken as evidence without them presenting you a warrant it can not be presented in court as evidence by law. One of the reasons why O.J Simpson was found innocent (I have studied the case) was because the authorities were so convinced of his guilt they obtained evidence unlawfully which could not be presented later in court.
