I am only talking about a complete ban, not limited use such as personal proximity, restaurants and bars, or any designated smoking areas.

A relative of mine, a 77 year old lady has two puppies, and gets constantly harassed by one of her next-door neighbors about their barking. The lady has dog licenses and rabies tags for her puppies, they never get out of the yard, and they are kept inside all night and part of the day. She also gave her neighbor her phone number and told her to call if she hears the puppies barking and it wakes her up. The lady has started to put the puppies outside later in the morning so as not to wake the neighbor. The neighbor complained to the police and the health department anyway. The lady’s other next-door neighbors work at night and sleep in the day but THEY have not complained about her puppies barking. The other residents nearby on the block also have dogs. The neighbor has even called this lady a b*tch on the answering machine. This lady has done all she can to accomodate this neighbor who even yells at her when she sees her in the yard. I appreciate any sincere and helpful advice.

I have received notification of credit cards being applied for in my wifes name. I suspect my brother-in-law is responsible since these notifications are being sent to my inlaws house where he resides and our relationship is not so good right now. He is a known drug addict, but supposedly is doing good right now. This is not the first time this has happened with him either. Is there anything that I can do, report, or anyway that I can track or bring evidence against him, or even find out if it really is him?

They told me because I was not receiving welfare that there is a no enforcement policy when someone is recieving SSI! Is this true has anyone else heard of such crap? If this is not true how can I fight Friend of the Court decision?

The left tends to support "pro choice" adgenda (aka "pro death")

The left also tends to be against the death penalty (aka anti-death).

If the left is so concerned about life, shouldn't it be defending the life of an unborn baby? Babies have survived birth at 20 weeks, yet we allow abortions beyond that time.

Isn't this a conflicting ideology?

my friend is going through a custody battle that is getting uglier as the days go on. the father has filed for "temporary custody" but by his actions in court we fear that what he really wants is permanent sole custody. we feel that he is throwing out such dirty incriminating "evidence" which is all HEAR SAY so that the judge will rule the mother unfit therefore revoking all rights from her. today he said that she cuts herself and that he would like her pshyciatrically evaluated and that she does drugs.. i think she needs a lawyer can he use hear say in court? and when she got pregnant she was 17 and he was 19 now they are 21 and 23 can her father still file for statuatory rape against him?

Also, would child support be calculated by wages, or by cost of living in Mexico?

Do you think my grandpa should be charged with a sexual crime? I am sure they had sex before they were married, one told me so.My mother in law was also 14 when she got married. These women didn't consider themselves dumb little girls at 14, what has changed. If you open your legs then you know what your doing.

My question is, what do you think of this and if he were to go to prison, does anyone know what it would be like for him there? Remember, she wasn't a child. She was a young teenager and sexually active before him.

I heard this on the radio on my way home from work: Sources close to the Bush family believe that, in order to spare Kenneth Lay his much deserved prison sentence, the father and son George Bushes hatched this scheme to make it seem like their friend had died, when in fact he was escorted by jet out of the country and into the witness protection program! It seems so far-fetched!! But considering the arrogance and stupidity of all involved, I'm CERTAINLY not ruling it out!! Matter of fact, the more I think about it, the more I believe it may be true!!! What do you all think??!

Why haven't we understood after all the many years and the increasing rate of recidivism that our penal system needs overhauling? Why don't we put them to work in our communities and states so that they help to pay back their debts ? Why is there so little done to teach these people how to be positive contributors to society?
