Call the police and file a police report against the agent for false advertisement, trespassing and sue the agency for the damage "nobody can do those things in America. " Make sure you are paying your house on time otherwise the bank or morgage company can reposses and sell it without tell you.

If your are the owner & you have asked the agent on it and refuses its removal than Id call police for a privacy violation, illegally advertizize falsely,on privet property, illeagle dumping, damages to yard , a hardship should be claimed also!!!STRESS!
But make a report for small claims court!...............after a few pictures than have a burning!!! ya never know what happened you know??!

If the house is yours, take it down and send the agent a bill.

If you are renting, contact the landlord and check that he is not selling the house. If he isn't and he gives you permission, take it down and send the agent a bill.

Are you renting? If so, the owner may be selling. If not, take the sign down. As the homeowner, you have that right!
