I have a concern about your premise that you want others to help you with your own cause. Now the part about changing the world, that has possibilities. If each of us does our little bit to make the part of the world we live in a little bit better, we are changing the world for the better. It can be as simple as a smile when I see someone. Or I can pick up a piece of paper on the ground. When I do something kind for someone else, that is what really matters.

No...Shoving the Bible down people's throats isn't going to change the world or make it better. It's a nice sentiment, but until Christians, Protestants, Jews, Muslims, etc. can live in peace and believe as they wish it won't happen (a peaceful/better world).
