It is NOT clear whether they started paying your TTD (Temporary Total Disability) benefits.
Here are some potential reasons WHY they may not be paying you / your medical bills:
1 - Did you file your claim WITHIN ONE YEAR?
WA State Dept of Labor must have received your claim application within one year of your injury date to file a claim - or you may lose your rights to benefits.
IF you did NOT report your injury because you were mis-led, CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY.
2 - It appears that the CAR LIFT may have been DEFECTIVE? It also appears that the defect caused your accident.
IF this is the case, you appear to have a 3rd party claim. (This is where a product / person other than a co-worker is responsible for causing the accident).
IF this is so, you MUST be sure to file your "Notice" to the 3rd party in order to get additional benefits.

(An Ombudsman is there to help Injured Workers understand their rights).

Many attorneys ALSO have the following services:
1- FREE initial consultation
2- Payment on CONTINGENCY basis - - that means you do NOT pay out of pocket - they take a % of your settlement.
When you hire an attorney make sure the following applies:
1 - The attorney SPECIALIZES in workers comp cases.
2 - The attorney works on a CONTINGENCY basis.
3 - The attorney is EXPERIENCED in 3rd party cases.

Whatever you do - DO SOMETHING - AND get it IN WRITING.

No. they don't experience the experience like we human beings do. this is because of the fact we've a vital frightened device working via our vertebra (backbone) which sends messages to our concepts. this suggests that if if our leg is harm, we experience the soreness on the best concepts. on the different hand, the bugs are non-vertebra and that they have got not got vital frightened device. for that reason if an ant's leg is crushed, in user-friendly terms the leg will experience interior of sight soreness. in addition to, their soreness fee is short, considering they produce super kind of off springs and their existence is short. they might additionally reproduce their lost organs. this is been stated that in case you chop back a cockroach's head, this is going to die after a month by way of starving. Scientists have cut back a lobster's leg and feed him, which he ate. it is likewise actual that aside from human beings no different animal is extensive-unfold with of its life.

They're broke and doon't want you to know about it, there is no workers comp, will be no more welfare and no social security? I have a feeling this is so.
If washington is anything like Ohio they spent all their money on rare coin collections.
So best of luck.
I will keep you in my prayers and pray that something good happens for you.

Hello, workers comp is an insurance, the insurance is normally administrated by a insurance trust.

Your employer and his insurance often contests and refused to allow for payments on various reasons.

So you have to file suit with the state workers comp board.
Everyone files motions and statments, I have seen many cases to take up to 10 years to settle.

I had one, I lost my house, boat and car and went bankrupt before we ever settled. ( and I say settled, since it never got to court, and I finally took an offer since I had little choice any longer)
