Absolutely, but I'd rather the judicial system had them killed as a matter of law.
The bible talks about people who "offend little ones" and says it were better for them that they were drowned with a millstone hung around their neck. So if it's good enough for God, it's good enough for me!!

No, I would not murder the child molester, however, I do firmly believe that the molester needs to be castrated and they should also be givin a mark which makes them publicly recognizable so that they can be watched no matter where they go. It would make it much easier for the public to "KNOW" who they are. Tracing them would be much easier also, as so many of them just decide not to register or report when they are supposed to.
If the child molester murders their victim, I strongly believe they need to be executed. Why should they get to live, be fed, clothed etc., and get good medical care at the tax payers expense, while the victim's families suffer for the rest of their lives?
We don't treat honest, loving poor people or poor sick folks as well as we treat criminals that are in prison. Something needs to change!!

Wow, I'm surprised by the high amount of blood lust in the answers here.
I wonder if the answers would be so much different even if the victim wasn't a child moles tor but you still would not have any consequences.
Shame on all of you who would lessen yourselves to kill anyone for any purpose. Personally, I do not believe in justified killing, but that is irrelevant in this question. Surely, if someone molested anyone and a jury thought it was necessary to release them rather than punish them, then no one has the right to take the law into their own hands. Even if they are killing in the name of justice, peace, law, or order.....it is still wrong.

If I was that child's father, I probably would do it. I'm not sure if the rage would be enough to make me kill somebody. Maybe. Yeah, I think its REALLY REALLY REALLY important to make sure the person really did it. If so the rules should be VERY harsh. Life in prison. Send them all to an island away from society maybe. Something seriously bad for punishment.

Yes I would like to....a slow painful death too......especially if it happened to my child. However there would be consequences...maybe you mean none legally...but my moral soul would...despite the seeming justice...be burdened with the taking of a human life...and the fact that it could not undo the harm to my child....but if these 2 things could be relieved from me...I would enjoy doing it!!!!!!!

As a Christian yeah I would have consquences because I would still have to find a way to repent. I would have to find a way to really feel guilty about doing it and that would be hard for me.

Put it in GOD'S hands...A SIN IS A SIN IS A SIN.....A CRIME IS A CRIME IS A CRIME..
Let the law handle it....other wise don't jeopardize yourself...by landing in prison...you solve nothing that way. TWO WRONGS DOES NOT MAKE A RIGHT...IT MAKES IT WORSE.
