Is it okay to just slip out of their house while they're still sleeping?
And if they're in your house, is there a tactful way to get them out? Pretend to be asleep until they're gone, maybe?

if you're there, just kinda...walk away. if they're at your place, drag them slowly outside into a sprinkler system down the street. then run like hell.

You are asking the wrong question. What ever the outcome of situation in the morning is irrelevant. Terrible on your part. Aweful on their part. Step One: Admit that you have a problem. If this is the first time this has happened, learn from it and never put yourself in a situation where it could happen again. You probably don't remember if you had sex and if condoms were used. Step two...go and be tested. Step three: tell yourself it will never happen because you love yourself and never let it happen again. Never! Do you understand me! You may not be so lucky next time to actually Wake Up! Step four: Talk to a close friend or loved one about what happened. If you think you are out of control, use the buddy system when going out and watch each others back.
There are people that love you and want you to make good sound decisions and to live a long prosperous life. I certainly do!

if it's my home , I would tell I need to go to work

This could and would never happen to me, so I have no idea what one should do in such a situation. It is certainly weird.

look around in the bathroom for perscriptions that may have names on them, in the kitchen trashcan for mail, etc. if their in your house, just turn on some music, or drop somehting loud, theyll wake up, and just say, last nite was great. thanks so much,, here let me walk you out.........

Well. obviously you HAVE seen her before if she is in your bed, or you are in hers. You simply do not remember meeting her because you were too drunk/stoned/wasted/whatever.
