The ones that forgot the commandments
"Thous shall not kill"
Now it does not discriminate here, this applies to all
including judges, senators, governer, and the president down to you, me and the person next door.
Golden Rule dont do it to anyone if you dont want them to do it to you.
so no states should have it.

them i know i think well i know Ohio and Texas douse because i live in Ohio and my dad is a truck driver but that is all i know of.
