The government, both the legislative and executive branches need to acknowledge that the current immigration law has been bad from its origination and never was or could be effectively executed.

Legislators need to apologize to the nation and to the illegal immigrants for creating such havoc.

No amnesty for illegal aliens. The current immigration law is bad and it needs to be revoked.

Illegal immigrants should register their presence in the USA by obtaining a worker’s ID from an employment agency and paying a standard processing fee.

Illegal immigrants that could prove that they have stayed here for at least five years should be entitled to obtain a status of permanent resident, opening the venue to citizenship.

Illegal immigrants registering their presence here should pay their past due taxes, with interest, if that is the case. Penalties for not paying taxes on time should be voided.

why do you think many of them are fighting your wars ,when you are here sitting around doing nothing and chatting on the computer?Many illegals have been killed in battle and never recieved any kind of merrit for thier efforts, If they lay their lives on the line why not give them citezenship??

i have known as far as the early 60's. Because there were so many here , i thought that they were legal. How could USA have allowed all these years to go by without any consequences. Perhaps Bush was busy reading story books at school again instead of tending to our border security. Alot of you don't realize that in mexican prisons, there are all sorts of people from different nations that are trying to cross the mexican border because it's the easiest way to get in. Even israelis. The mexican border is the easiest place to cross. Now that it's all over the world, guess where the next terrorists will try to enter from. Think about that one.

trying to help my friend out (us citizen) retired ,married 2 yrs living in china, now he wants to sponsor his chinese wife, her 20 yr old son student and single to immigrate and settle in the USA, how can he do this does he just file a I -130 for the wife and son all on one application or he needs to file separate I -130s.??? is the son too old to benefit from this process,?what is the cut off ages thanks

One aspect of the immigration issue is that there's a lot of people that come north to work on farms. Not all of Mexico has arable land, but this IS the 21st century. Why not take 21st century ag science, go to Mexico, and set up shop there?
Seawater CAN be converted into irrigation water...farms use pumps/pipes as part of normal daily business, soil improvement is not magic...everyone wants to employ mexican citizens, so why not do it in Mexico, where it'll really help?

Its obvious that most illegals and their supporters would want nothing more than a world without borders so they can come and go as they please, which by default will necessitate a one world government which would in turn spawn all sorts of one-world crap like one-world religion, economy, money etc. So with that, do you think it is people like them (asides from the typical rich yahoos like the Rothschilds etc.) who are driving for the New World Order to become a reality (if it already has'nt)?

Of course there is a big difference between someone whose visa inadvertently expired last tuesday, and someone who has been here for years after their paperwork expired, (and neither situation is ultimately acceptable) but I'm intrigued to learn (in light of what various candidates for office have been saying about 'building a fence') what you think you know!

here is a story.
My name is Government and I have a DOG, I used to give my dog all my left overs and he was happy and loyal. now a stray and cute little dog came along ( I call him Immigrant). now everytime I toss my left over, my DOG barks and baits my other dog (immigrant) what should I do. can you also help me find a name for my DOG.

By the way I do not want my DOG to look out the window and find out there is other way to feed himself.
