In 2005 as many as 4 - 10- million illegal aliens crossed into the United States illegally.

During 2005, Boarder Patrol apprehended approximately 1.2 million illegal aliens; of those 165,00 were from Countries other than Mexico. Of the non-Mexican aliens, approximately 650 were from special interest countries. (Terrorist countries)
Federal law enforcement estimates that 10 percent to 30 percent of illegal aliens are actually apprehended. (So, that means 6,500 to 19,500 illegal aliens from TERRORIST countries snuck across the boarder in 2005 alone!)

U.S. immigration and Customs Enforcement investigations have revealed that aliens were smuggled from the Middle East to staging areas in the Central and South America, before being smuggled illegally into the United States.

Members of Hezbollha have already entered the United States across the Southwest boarder.

U.S. Military and intelligence officials believe that Venezuela is emerging as a potential hub of terrorism in the Western Hemisphere. The Venezuelan government is issuing identity documents that could subsequently be used to obtain a U.S. visa and enter the country.

Do you think illegal alien parents should be charged with “Child Abuse and Child Endangerment”, for putting their young daughters in possibly a sexual dangerous situation with adult illegal alien men?

Most family homes are no larger than 3 bedroom so where do all the illegal alien men sleep?

Child Endangerment starts at crossing the border with you kid in the trunk of the car.

do you think that being so strict in issuing non inmigrant visas will change the "turistic status" of your country? I applied for a visa, not even for pleasure, but a renovation just to be able to take the next flight to Asia, and I have been denied because Im single and with no family commitments..?? even though I have showed my bank records, university status, etc... so, If I'd like to visit as tourist they would say no... I guess thats wrong for the turistic fields, dont you think?

I am a student, and I have applied to several out of state school, and would have still had to pay out of state tuiton rates which are twice the amount of in state rates. As a U.S. citizen I don't believe it is fair for a illegal immigrant who to recieve in state rates when I can't do the same. When going through the process you have to provide tax, and residency information to qualify and if you are an illegal you most likely can not or will not for risk of being deported supply work, home, and social security information. So why are colleges and univ.'s bending the rules for non-citizens but don't give breaks to Young student U.S. citizens who are paying out the butt for a college education?

My wife's grandfather was a US army veteran assigned in the Philippines during 1943 and got married here. My father-in-law did not chose to be an american citizen but instead chose to be a Filipino. My wife has only 1 picture of their grandpa and a couple of old letters. We tried to search for their marriage certificate but they did not register in civil registry. Can my wife ask for an american citizenship eventhough my father in law waived it.

I saw that when people crossing Mexican borders are caught and detained they do not stay in holding for long, just enough time to get their names then they are trucked up and taken to the border as they walk back across. If they catch people from South America for example, they are taken to another location and held longer as they are processed for deportation and your tax dollars pays for their airfare home. If an Asian for example comes here legally and overstays his visa, he is hunted down and jailed and then held for deportation and the USA pays for his flight home. It appears to me that Mexicans are singled out and due process of law is not happening, what do you think?

If native Americans dicided to reomove al whites to reservation camps just to get back, how many of you would hide, claiming to be another race."no don't take me, my familiy is Italian" or "Please don't take me I'll work for minimum wage" not funny right? I know you have to apply and give details but has anybody done this or do they know how they decide. Am due for sentencing soon in England and looking at 12-18 months for assult (ABH). Just want to know would I have a chance of getting a visa and if so, how long would I have to wait after I get out. (Just thinking ahead)
