Mexico Is Very Rich....But Why So Many Poor There??
Read an excerpt from THE WASHINGTON TIMES:

"Mexico has grown richer. Its $600 billion economy is now the world's ninth-largest. Trade volume has nearly tripled since the 1994 North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), placing Mexico ahead of Britain, South Korea and Spain as a trading power.

Mexico's state-run oil monopoly, Pemex, is one of the world's largest oil companies. Beaches from Los Cabos to Cancun draw 20 million tourists a year, making the country one of the world's 10 premier vacation destinations.

The paradox haunts Mexico: With so many advantages, why are so many of its people still so poor?""

My stepbrother married a US citizen (supposedly out of love!!!). He wants a green card but he has had quite a few civil judgments held against him, essentially for ripping people off. Will this prevent him from getting permenant residency. In case you can't tell from my tone I don't like at all. I am a US citizen, and in my opinion if he is here ripping people off and lying then he doesn't deserve any of the privileges that a green card will give him. He should be doing that in his own country.

I know it's disrespectful to wave a flag of another country, and not the American flag when you live there, but is it a really big deal? What about the people who wave both flags of two countries? I thought we could have any flag we want here, because it's a free country. And I think it's dum to think someone is illegal because they have a Mexican flag.
