Did you think about this before you asked the question?

If you were born in the country, you have the citizenship of that country UNLESS you gave it up. If you surrendered your citizenship, you can't become a citizen again.

Nope. One of your parents must be german citizens or eligible for german citizenship too.

yes, you can have dual citizenship. I do.

If you born in Germany you can have German citizenship.
If not, you can apply for that.
