I saw that when people crossing Mexican borders are caught and detained they do not stay in holding for long, just enough time to get their names then they are trucked up and taken to the border as they walk back across. If they catch people from South America for example, they are taken to another location and held longer as they are processed for deportation and your tax dollars pays for their airfare home. If an Asian for example comes here legally and overstays his visa, he is hunted down and jailed and then held for deportation and the USA pays for his flight home. It appears to me that Mexicans are singled out and due process of law is not happening, what do you think?

You should read the question more closely. The Mexicans are not allowed time for due process and representation under current laws, just processed and taken to the border while ilegals from other nations are given time and more paperwork involved. Is not due process being abused?I understand the geographics and the mass amounts are Mexicans, but it appears to me they are not respected with the same due process of law.

Hey!!! Are you ok,,,You could walk to Mexico, not to the others countries. Do you mean that the US government should make their government pay for their transportation. Yes,,, I do agreed with you.. even though the US government had try it and those country have refused. Like China, they don't even accept their own citizen back and the USA get stuck with the illegal Chinese.

I don't care how we deport any illegal as long as it's quick. However, I heard a report that China refuses to accept back the Chinese illegals we catch. I wonder what our government is doing about this?

I don't think so. They are all released they all get to their home country. When the border is within walking distance it would be stupid to hire a chopper to fly them across. They are deported by the easiest methods.

if Asia was a border country they would do the same with them, think about your question. This is not rocket science.

If you want to spend more money on them, dig into your pocket.
If your next door neighbor came over, and you told him to get the hell out, would he need an airline ticket???
