these people dont pay taxes they get free money ,,no intrest loans, free medical free food,and 100,000 from the goverment to buy their own tax free business have you noticed how fast these people are buying homes and bussiness even the big homes they live in are free as an american if I could live tax free and get money and everything free for 10yrs i could become rich too!

They use "stolen" social security numbers or they don't pay taxes (e.g. they get paid "under the table")
Yes, they are beating the system to some extent.
I doubt many illegals actually go to college. Some of their kids probably do though.

You must understand the difference between Legal vs Illegal. It's a matter of principle. The Rule of Law that dictates a sovereign nation. And 99% of the "illegal" ones are unskilled, uneducated and dependent on Government to "rescue' them. I wonder which party will want them the most And you're totally neglecting the "costs" of having them here. Free emergency room visits in southern California alone contributed for many hospitals going bankrupt.

Some ignorants in action answering questions. First of all anyone that works in the USA ligally or not can pay taxes. They get a number call ITIN. That's the only way they can have a bank account.

where do you all get your information from? illegal immigrants can apply for a work visa, once approved they automatically receive a temporary social security number, at the bottom of the card it says," valid for work only". with this they can legally work, and pay taxes while filling out paperwork for legal status. I have seen illegal immigrants who have fathered children with american woman and are petitioned for child support. All their documentation is submitted to the court. This paperwork I have seen and have translated for the judge, plaintiff, and defendant. They may have gotten here illegally but they do work and pay taxes and have valid social security numbers for tax purposes.

They don't. The steal or buy stolen Social Security Numbers and that either bilks the system, or causes a big mess when the American whose number was stolen starts to work.

They get an ITIN which allows them to pay taxes. The taxes they pay is what shows on their 'paychecks' not the cash they make under the table. Many don't pay taxes at all.

they DON'T pay taxes!!!! and YES they are beating the system!!!!! grrrrrr there doen't seem to be any progress on STOPPING it....how many illegal aliens will have to KILL American citizens before it will be stopped! Cheap labour???? baaahhh...I think it is TOO EXPENSIVE!!!!!
