No, gay marriage wouldn't get you in this country (and you wouldn't be able to get a legally binding marriage to another man because the only state that allows it is Massachusets, but you have to be a resident of the state to get married). In addition, the Federal government doesn't have to recognize that marriage.

Gay marriage is only approved (where it is allowed) by state laws and immigration is controlled by the federal government so even if you are married to another man, he can not file a petition for you......SORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYYYY
