The growth rate of California is a little beyond 2 percent per annum, will it eventually decline over the next couple decades? Most industralized societies have growth rate of below 0.5% or in the negatives. If immigrants don't start choosing a different state to live in, California will soon become as densely populated as Japan.

People need to understand that by having a lot of children,the resources will become depleted that the quality of life will deteriorate.
Immigrants have brought California down.
I am including Non-US and and from other states.
People are becoming lazy and just want convenience.
They have not contributed with the BEST qualities of where they come from.
As a result California is now importing Gangsters that destroy the USA.

If Dubya is going to disregard the US Constitution WHY NOT GO ARE THE GANGS SINCE THEY TOO ARE TERRORIST.
They are more dangerous that Saddam Hussein is.

Doubtful that what you are saying is correct. The reason is that most of Japan is uninhabitable mountain regions. Their population centers are primarily on the coasts which represents no more than 40% of the total land area (at the most). California on the other hand is almost totally inhabitable. The densely populated areas include the SF Bay Area, Sacramento, El Lay, and San Diego. If you head up to the northern middle counties (Butte, Glenn, Modoc, etc), you will find a lot of area to expand that is actually pretty nice (no jobs - but lots of land). You see, we will probably never grow as densely populated as Japan or even China for that matter.

the government needs to open up their eyes and see this is not an issue to be playing around with. If things don't get fixed soon....there will be a war.
America is sick of the government ignoring this issue. There's a lot of people ready to do the job that the government refuses to do.
regardless, if it's committing crimes...like killing illegal immigrants...or what ever it takes. I just know for a fact that the government needs to start paying close attention to what the American People are saying or there's going to be a lot of trouble for a bunch of people.
i don't want to see anyone get hurt...i just want to see the illegals gone.

More people moved out of California than moved in during the last 5 years of the 1990's.
Also, population replacement values worldwide have dropped, especially in industrialized nations like the US.
Just saying that stats and numbers fluctuate as times change, economy changes, opportunities change, major natural disasters etc.

I really don't think CA is the only state that has immigrants.
Try Florida: we get them from all over. The Europeans are coming here in droves right now. And we're a lot smaller than CA.

misseskate is only correct regarding indigenous people. The reason California is building billions on billions of dollars worth of new schools is because of legal and illegal immigration.
Our schools are failing due to illegal immigration, above the amount allotted, particularly since it is predominantly the hardest to educate ESL demographic that comes illegally.
