It has nothing to do with the class of a person. Here in the USA we don't have a class system.I own my own business,I do not employ any one from any where to do anything that is illegal.I want only the best employee so that must include a complete criminal, credit and emotional behaivor tests. My main business and my husbands company's deal in investing and handling other people money and investment portfolios. So I would never hire anyone that I could not verify all their information.I also own a ranch and I do not hire illegal aliens to work there either.Your question is a tad offensive,it insults the hard working people of this nation. We do not have classes in this country. You can do anything you are qualified to do and you will succeed or fail on your own merit.

they're no longer exempt in step with se, notwithstanding it relies upon on moist Foot/Dry Foot. moist Foot/Dry Foot is this clause that's been enacted when you consider that Castro took skill. basically it says that if the Cuban exiles or refugees are stopped even as nonetheless at sea; then they are going to be deported. notwithstanding in the journey that they take care of to get "dry foot" or on dry land, then they're right away considered political refugees and secure lower than the asylum regulations. there develop into an excellent controversy of this many years back. This boat load of refugees had managed to get on between the old abandoned bridges out close to the keys. situation is this bridge develop into decrease off from the islands or mainland, so it basically kinda "hung" accessible. The refugees camped accessible for a pair days, and finally the coast shelter were given to them. properly, the ACLU tried to declare that they were ft dry, when you consider that they made it to the bridge. notwithstanding the authorities.reasoned (and the SCOTUS agreed) that because the bridge wasn't connected to dry land to any extent further, then they by no skill extremely reached US soil. the best deal of them were deported. a similar "moist Foot Dry Foot" ruling applies to the Hatians also, though of their case that's better with the aid of poverty than to anybody dictator. In 2008 on my own, some 188,000 Cubans were stuck at sea and deported through the U. S. coast shelter. Numbers of Haitians variety, notwithstanding the traditional is between 20,000 and 30,000 each and every year.

I'm a human being. You on the other hand, need to learn how to spell the word "english". I hope that whatever you are, you get a good education from that college your daddy sends you to , the one he paid good money for, even though you may not know exactly what the books mean. In case you didn't know, I'm from Texas and that used to be spelled Tejas, before the white man stole it from mexico. yes , stole it, because they decide to fight for something that wasn't theirs. The upper class people always seem to think they are better than others, when they wouldn't be caught washing their own clothes, watching their own kids or anything that would envolve physical work. Guess who they hire?? Don't act like no one hires illegals, now that theyre cracking down on illegals , everyone acts innocent. Why are cubans given amnesty and mexicans are considered illegal??

i like to employ all undocumented immigrants on an even keel. I do this so that when the politicians was to crack down on a certain population of illegals i will only lose one third of my work force.

If you are hiring illegal citizens from anywhere, then you are guilty of commiting an illigal crime yourself. There is a place called prison for people like that.

It's against our laws to hire illegals. That's why we vote politicians out of office, if they refuse to enforce our laws.
