As the majority of Democrats voted DOWN the 'make English the official language" bill and voted DOWN the House bill on immigration and want to grant amnesty to everyone.....I'd say they are for illegal immigration.

In my state, both democrat AND republican voted for the border fence...but I have a sinking feeling they only did it under duress and pressure from the public, on the issue...you have to remember that these politician types are kind of like Orwell's 'togetherness girls'...they have this stoned vision of 'one big happy family', and likely have some money invested in that North American Union crap, too...curb your politician...email em, write to em, send em bricks, make YOUR position on illegal immigration known, that way they can accurately represent a member of the voting public, even if they're not inclined to at the start...but first, you have to have your own opinion, and express it clearly, along with what corrective measures you think would be most effective.
I think the House of Representatives, since they're by name in the business of representing the american public, and this is a big issue, should think about having their own online immigration forum...gather as many views as possible and from them deduce or distill the best possible workable solutions on the issue. A REAL forum, if you will...280 million US citizens, many of them eligible to vote, most of them fairly well educated, heck of a resource there, but that would mean cutting into K street's action...hmmm....sounds like a damn fine idea to me....

don't side with just one party. I have done my home work and I'm voting for the people I feel has the same interest and issues as mine.
One being illegal immigration. I have a few issues I would love to see get fixed.
Do your home work and see which person wants to fix the same issues as you. Don't just side with one party........BIG MISTAKE!!!
I have been making my voting list for a month and a half now.

Here ya go. This will tell you how the Dem's voted. It is interactive and can be sorted many different ways.
In short the Dem's have a pretty poor score on immigration...see for yourself
