i'm married to a russian, and we stay in russia. but i want to move to The UK with her, for work and studies(university level). how do i go about doing that. does she get any priveliges because she is married to me? btw we got married in russia, because the immagrant laws in my country(norway) doesn't allow us the marry til i'm 24. i'm 20 and nowegian. thanks for all the help

There is a big difference between hating people and hating what people are doing. I believe that few people hate Mexicans but hate what they are doing.
1. Coming here illegally
2. Burning the American flag
3. Getting benefits that Americans cannot get
4. Trying to make Spanish our language or second language.
5. Etc.
We are a country with an established culture and language. Americans have street fairs and holidays (i.e. Cinco de Mayo) which allow ALL cultures to celebrate respectfully and respectively. Why should Americans give up both OUR language and OUR established culture to satisfy another group?

The mayor of Hazleton,PA says illegel immigration is destroying small towns,that dont have the buget to deal with the influx.The city concel passed a law that landlords renting to illegels would face fines.He now wants renters to have to go to city hall to obtain a renters permit.The permit requires a background check with the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Opponents are ready to fight this law.The Puerto Rican Legal Defence and Education Fund and the PA chapter of the ACLU say they are preparing a lawsuit.
Four states have passed similar state laws laws:Georgia,Louisanna.Colorado and Pennsylvania.So it is possible to draft local city ordinances that deal with immigration that will stand up to judicial scrutiny.
My question,what are your thoughts on laws such as this.Are they good for protecting the landlords from facing fines,are they an invasion of personal rights, are they a way of controling the illigel immigration problem?

Is it necessary to mistreat them just because of that. They still are humans beings; therefore, they still have rights. Just becasue we have a piece of paper that says we are American doesn't make us any better.
I will probably get many responses with "SEND THEM BACk" blah blah blah... but THEY are a major part of our economy. They give more than what they take. My parents are from Mexico (No I was NOT an ANCHOR BABY) THey did it the right way and have NEVER relied on the government. Mexicans are not free loaders. We are hard working people. Rarely do you see a Mexican on the streets asking for money. THey come here to work at JOBS that no one else was taking....the dirty jobs....

My point here is yeah, it's wrong to come here illegaly, but that is how this nation was formed. Secondly, just because they were not born here doesn't make it OK for ANYONE to mistreat them.

I was born and raised here and even though I live in NYC and have seen my share of tragedys, rarely do I see racism occur here. Until recently, I thought the fear of whites becoming the minority was just one big lie. But I guess even in a big city, you can be living in a bubble. So my question I guess is why do Americans think so highly of themselves? With all the problems we face, do you really think we are a superior nation? After I am done with college, I'm out of here, doesn't anyone ever think of just leaving and starting new in a place that isnt so insanely conteriversial and racist? I know many immigrants (from all over the world) come to America because of the great things they hear about it, but i'm sure there are many Americans who question it and feel the same way

I have gone through the documentation but they are asking for alot of cash from me and my family to immigrate beside taking 24 months to process. Is there any guarantee that after paying all their required fee and having no criminal records plus a skill u will eventually get the Visa once u score more than 69 points on the test. Anyone been through the process and succeed? I need more information before I set myself for Canada and start the process. Since canada has opened its door to skilled workers why do they need one to have a fat bank statement yet u going there to work? Does using an agent increases my chance of legally immigrating there? And yes am from africa very hard working married with 2 children and we want to do this the legal way. Is there any easier way to immigrate to Canada? Man I need all the information there is to this immigration thing coz dont need to start and bail out half way through the process.

i got called a racist because I asked what state had the least amount of mexicans. I dont want my family to be around mexican gangs where we live. i dont want my kids exposed to them. what is so wrong with wanting to be around people of your own culture? and if mexicans are so much better than whites then why are there more mexican gangs than white gangs?

I have notice that they too are joining the armed services and dying for this country in all wars fought for freedom. I hate when they take that right from a citizen of this nation. Lets hear from all of those at home behind a computer wanting these people out of this country and willing to take their place in Iraq or Afganistan. Lest make sure we take them out of Iraq and send them back to Mexico and one of us can replace him/her. Princess, its time for you to put your best foot forward and fight for your country. I'am 18 years old from Canada and soon will be going through the process of gaining permanent resdency in the U.S. My question is my cousin would like 2 also become naturalized but she hasn't finished highschool. They story about how Britain stopped 24 terrorists from blowing up 10 planes has been all over the news. It appears that it was as big as a 9/11 attack. But what I haven't read is how they caught them. They planned to detonate the bombs using liquid explosions that weren't detectable by the xray machines. white.... now my question to you is is it worst to have a child at a young age? or is it better to get pregnant at a young age and just kill the fetus...as white women seam to have no problem doing that?
