The notification period is from May through July. Some participants claim to receive letters as late as the first 2 weeks of August. The list of winners is not published and if you do not receive a notification letter by end of August, chances are that you are not a winner. Try again for DV-2008 keeping in mind the recent changes to the program. Good luck!

If they didn't send you a letter, clearly you didn't win. But if you are already in US, the lottery is not going to help you: they make you go back and don't let you back in.
