America is supposed to be an idea, of freedom, I will say that you should not draw borders on th freedom. We are all born free dont let borders get in the way of that. That is what we are about right, because if not the Free World is even worse off then i thought.

The Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the U. S. Government determine the Immigration Laws of the U.S. What are they going to do about it?
Thanks to Laura Bush, and the "No Child Left Behind Act", presented to the House, Senate, and passed into law by her husband, public schools have no recourse but to accept "every" child, whether a citizen or not, into the public school system, if that school system is to continue receiving Federal and State financial assistance.
In most states, medical assistance to a child cannot be denied, even though they, or their family, may not be a "legal" citizen of the U.S.
Write, call, email, your state representatives, congressmen, the President, Laura Bush, former Presidents, their wives, their children, your state and local Superintendent of Schools, teacher's unions, school board members, mayors, other parents, of what the "No Child Left Behind Act" enabled Laura Bush and the Bush Administration to do.
The "No Child Left Behind Act" was the most unconscionable
act ever perpetuated on public education since the U. S. Government implemented Indian Schools and "shipped off" Indian children to those schools!

I am going to stand with legal immigrants and welcome them to America. Immigration is good for America. illegal immigration is BAD for America. Maybe you don't realize this but, 85% of Americans are opposed to illegal immigration. The same number does not want any type of amnesty. We want to remove illegals from our soil and if you are watching the news you will see that it is happening. There is more than enough information to back up what i am saying here in this forum.

Use my vote wisely,ie,the Political Party which limits immigrants, better still, stops it,they get my vote!! In the Uk its getting beyond a joke. We are not a very large country,we are very overcrowded now,so just where are we all going to go?It has to stop at some stage.Common sense tells us that, but as we know the UK Government possesses very little,if any !!

Hmm, I think it's abit unfair for educated people who really want to come and work in the UK and inprove. But for those bad people I hear about who just like to come and say - oh this country is so rubbish, why bla bla bla , why I can have a muslim style street here and this kind of thing I think it's good. Maybe immigration can check if they are educated and can really work not just like get free money and do no good.

Build the great wall of Texas, maybe. We could allow people to immigrate to our country and do it legally, make them work and pay their taxes. Stop giving tax benefits to immigrants and make them earn it for a change, but i like the great wall of texas idea.

I am going to do what I have been doing about it all along. I am going to continue writing my elected officials and continue organizing rallies. Who is against immigration, anyway? It's illegal immigration that we are against. You need to state it correctly.
Illegals are still going to be deported every day. What are you going to do about it besides hide behind your computer under other names and insult people while we the people celebrate?

sure... immigration has always been a part of this country. But there are laws that need to be respected and abided by when you want to come to this country. Those who do not abide by those rules should be forced to leave it's that simple... it's the rules everywhere else.... they should be enforced here...

- more illegals are being deported than ever before
- employers are getting jail time and heavy fines
- the senate bill is dead
- thousands of troops on the border
- city's and states are passing immigration relief laws
Yeah, I'd say we were doing something and going in the right direction.

Deportation is here to stay, what are YOU going to do about that?
davis41- It would be nice if we had no need for borders, sadly we do. Some people hate our freedoms, and cannot accept the responsibility that comes along with freedoms. Mainly tolerance. Most people love to be free to do and say whatever they like, but cannot stand when other people do the same...
