I'am 18 years old from Canada and soon will be going through the process of gaining permanent resdency in the U.S. My question is my cousin would like 2 also become naturalized but she hasn't finished highschool. Will her not having her diploma mess up her chances of getting landed because of this?...If she passes the civics test and shows good moral character during her interview does she have rights or no?or could they use this against her?

my cousin is 19 by the way, an adult. I'am just wondering if your education will affect ones chances a great deal in attempting the process.

Your cousin is going to have to qualify for an immigrant category on her own.

You are confusing a lot of different terms: "landed" is a Brit/Canadian term meaning to enter a country with an immigrant visa. "Naturalization" has to do with becoming a citizen. "Gaining permanent residency" usually means adjusting status from a non-immigrant category, but you have to qualify for an immigrant category in order to do that.
