Here is the deal my husband of 6 years is from Nicaragua he was living in USA since he was 2 I am not sure if he came legally or not I am a Citizen of USA was born and raised here we got married here in the USA and have a daughter together . Problem is he left the country about 5 years ago while papers for his immigration were in process he had a family emergency his dad is really sneaky and scandalous he claims that his son has all the papers to come back to the USA but I do not have a reciept or anything I want to know the status of his last case also I was wondering if I start a application for his visa would it damage or ruin his other case that he supposedly has ??? somebody help me and if anybody knows any good immigration lawyers in the San fernando Valley that would be much appreciated that arent too expensive or have a payment plan. THANK YOU

I own a business. You work for me. I can pay someone else to do your job. I can pay that person the same I pay you and yet save a bunch.
Well, I do not pay into workers comp for this guy. I don't pay into unemployment nor do I need to pay FICA or taxes, So I can give him the same take home as you.
After all that is said and done, I saved a bundle.
Oh, you can always find another job, with equal pay, can't you?
You would not begrudge this guy a job, would you?
You would not begrudge me saving $, would you?

and we agree on that....ALL OF US. How do you expect me or anyone for that matter to make the children pay for the sins of their parents? Do these children deserve an education? I know I am going to get ALOT of ......."they are degenerating the schools for OUR kids".....I GET THAT.....I know that is how you feel. BUT they are here and EVERYONE deserves an education.....should they stay home? They are not going anywhere (for a while at least)......Do these precious children deserve an education......regardless of how they got here?

And aids research. as much as we focus on the illegal. These are issues that will keep are love ones as well as ourselves healthy for a long time. The illegal issue is important but please there are issues that could help America grow and decease decrease. Lets focus on more important things that will help us, than things that are not half as important as some issues that are out there waiting to slowly haunt some. What do you think?
