The illegal immigration crisis has upset many people; but, I think it is the responses of the posts that's more upsetting to you.
I want to address and use as an example the screen name user of Princess; just moments ago I answered her question; it was an emotional one too; asking for advice about someone impersonating her and she is still attacking that person here; my advice was she needs to be looking at herself and be asking herself why she became a target. In this case, she is demonstrating again what is really in her heart and it's not nice. The insults, the condescending manner of her post and anyone else's should be taken with a grain of salt.
This is the roughest category in the Yahoo answers. I am of German descent and no race has been more hated for what they did to the Jews and other nationalities. But, here I am; I make choices and I choose to answer your question in a positive way and hope I can help you.
In the same light, ask yourself why this matters so much to you. Try not to let your personal stake in this moral debate affect who you are. You are the other side of the post I have mentioned. That is all. Try to understand nothing you say or do changes the position of either side. Just remember the Good always prevails. I am sure the native american nations felt the same as the Americans do now, that their lands were being taken over by foreigners. That too is a mistake the USA covered up and having displaced these human beings came up the reservations. There is still much controversy over that.
The current issue of immigration reform is creating a hardship in all directions and affecting all peoples, including the children of the illegals. Those against protest in the name of the law; you protest in the name of moral and human decency.
Perhaps what you have to do is accept and make peace with the fact that what you want is outside of your control on a larger scale (entire USA). You don't have to change how you feel. You feel bad because it is degrading to receive such verbal abuse. Aloofness is a great tool for dealing with hatred. Detach and keep your warm, good heart in good condition. People like you are scarce. It is much easier to be difficult. Like I told someone else, heck, even Superman is anti-American; did you hear?
You may be an old soul in a young woman's body. Wisdom belongs to the elders. Cheer up. Good has never lost a war.

What upsets me the most is the racial aspect of the problem. Some people just don't understand that it is not about race, it is about people breaking the law.
I am also touched by the people who call themselves "native Americans" complaining about stuff that happened two hundred and fifty years ago.
Everybody seems to think that Anglos have never suffered from slavery, or having their families slaughtered, their land taken. Read some world history people. Quite blaming those of us in the here and now for the sins of ghosts. Wake up and get a clue.

What upsets me more are idiots like YOU who try to play the pity card. How many more cards do you have in your hand? Are you going to go with them when some of them are deported, since that is where your heart is..TRAITOR.
How do you like not being able to ask a civil question without being attacked? You do it to me every time. Now, whine about not being able to have an opinion. Yes, it bothers me, but it may not be in the way you feel bothered. I am a black female and my husband is Puerto Rican, an American Citizen and a contractor. Many pf the the companies where I live hire illegals who work cheap, which enables these businesses to under bid us, talking money away from decent Americans who are eager to make an honest living. Felonies for Illegals All the WAY!!

I think you have me confused as to what your stance is. You seem to be pretty rational most days, but today you are asking some odd questions, are you being sarcastic? I agree that it is upsetting to hear that so many fellow Americans are so quick to blame the worlds problems on illegal immigrants, specifically Mexicans. That they do absolutely nothing to help the US, but everything to hurt it. It makes me mad and sad, but I am on here alot lately trying to get people to change their minds, to correct their lies so that the rest of the folks on here dont hate illegals only because of the lies they read online. My husband tells me that it is a waste of time, that I only make myself mad. But I still feel like I should stand up for what I know to be right. I hope that answers your question.

Children deserve an education but if they're illegal, they need to get an education in their own country.
Why should hard working American citizens have to pay for illegals going to our schools?
Don't you understand that governments are gladly letting their people enter the U.S. illegally just so they don't have to pay for them? Other governments treat their citizens like dirt and expect the U.S. to pay for them.

It only became a Crisis after the sitting president had no answer for that war of his, bait and switch, it is an OLD magic trick. Through our fears or rather the fears that have been suggested to us or supposed to have been. well it all gets muddy there so I give up and have to wait for next election fraud to occur.

Picture 100 years ago Native American Familes witnessing the slaugter of thier people, taking of thier lands, and thier families put on reservations..........just so that one day you could be upset about other people coming to this land.....it must be upseting...
