Immigration - June 2006

We have a president that is asking for billions for the wars in afhganistan and Iraq but a few measley dollars in comparison to protect our borders,we also have a senate that for their own interests come out with a ridiculous bill that have sent signals to every individual in south america to head toward the US.
Shouldn't the american people have the right to recall any politician that's defective,like our government makes the auto dealers do.

I just want to be a sailar or seaman so i´ve made the basical course which is obligation by the S.O.L.A.R. law and i´ve also completed all the collification requiment to be a seaman. But unfortunatlly, the spanish people has refused to gave me the seamans book only because i´m a forigner. So my question is why this?

It's obvious multiculturalism has failed: Blacks have turned our cities into festering cesspools of crime, Mexicans enter illegally to rape our women and live off the system, Arabs only want to bomb our cities and hate us even after living for generations in the USA, etc.

As mainstream society gets sick and tired of such "people" (and I use the term loosely), do you think we're headed towards an all-out racial war in the USA? How to avoid it? Is it too late to enforce a policy of deportation for unruly minorities?

Todays news-here in the Northern suburbs of Illinois. He was 7 years old. Brutally beaten and molested. His name Juan-born here by Legal Parents. An Illegal man was the cause. He had prior arrest and not deported.

Yes we have legal ones who commit crimes and we have many good people here who are here Illegally that would not commit crimes of this nature. But again this one could have been prevented-this one did not have to happen if we had laws that were followed. And we screen with those laws.
Tell his parents why when they followed the rules-this happened. Tell them it could have happened anyways by someone who is legal. Tell them it didn't matter his Illegal status. Tell them others work hard and do well. Tell them it doesn't happen often enough for this to be an issue.

And when you see an article will you print it even if its against what you believe?

I have many friends who are citizens of the US who want nothing better than to leave their motherland and live in other parts of the world. I was wondering if the issue is a bigger one and that there are a heap more people all thinking the same. What are your views?

because you HATE what illegals are doing to your country,that it means you hate the illegals themselves???That is totally NOT true!! It's like hating a person for being an alcoholic! You can hate the ADDICTION a person has to alcohol,WITHOUT hating the person!!! You can see the destruction it is having on the alcoholic,that it's rotting his liver,etc,and you can hate the disease,but that does NOT mean you hate the person themselves!!! That's the way i feel about illegals. I hate what i see happening in this country!! I hate that they are breaking our laws to come here. I hate that they are exposing us to God knows what. To prevent illegal border crossings, should 100,000 or so US troops be pulled out of Iraq and sent to patrol the US southern border? Should anyone attempting an illegal crossing be shot on sight? Should cruise missiles be used to disperse armed units of the Mexican Army that attempt to cross the border escorting drug runners? (Yes, this DOES happen). What about the kids who are cutting their wrists. What about the kids throwing up in the toilet after eating because they want to look like Lynsay Lohan. What about people consumed with depression. My Mom, Husband, his three friends and I were on our way (driving) to Mexico and we stopped at a Walmart in Oklahoma. We were standing in line at the cashier and two old men were standing behind my Mom. She offered to let him in front of her because he had only 2 items. He declined and said he was not in a hurry. As my husband, who was in front of me, and his friends checked out, they started to talk, one said to the other, "How many Mexicans did they say were in the US?" The other quickly replied "4 too many". My Mom, turned and said, "You shouldnt talk about them, they are with me!" The men shut up. My husband and his friends did nothing to provoke them, nor were acting up in any way, why would they be so rude?

If they are cought getting paid "under the table and are not making an effort to do things right then be deported" and businesses fined.

I believe in amnesty for some not the ones who commit crimes such as any kind of assault, or theft. They can be deported after they finish their sentence.
I also believe we need to do something about this border.

I feel it will be better, if their going to be here anyway, to give them amnesty and have them contribute to the ecomony.

"racist" on here??? I have been called that, by people who don't even KNOW me, but i am NOT against people coming here LEGALLY!!! Some of my best friends are hispanic! In FACT, they are AGAINST illegals!!!
