No. Racism would be if you hate anyone from a particular race of people or if you hate all races except for your own. Racism is based on race-based-hate not on hate in and of itself.

Racist means different type of people, like Indian, Chinese, Malays, Germans, English, Americans etc..... If the hate is not refering to this, then this person is lack of love. Because the opposite of hate is love and vice-versa. But if the person hates everyone is very pathetic and tiring as nobody knows he hates them, in the end, the one he actually hates is himself.

Depends on WHY he hates them. I know I cannot stand people as a whole. I hate them. The average person is stupid, ignorant, and lacks common sense. Three traits I loathe in anyone....
