The "economy is booming" is the word from all the people in the ruling class while the middle and poor class is finding more and more difficulty in running the home to meet all the expenses. The cost of essentials for living is also jumping with no suitable counter measure from the government. Definitely something wrong, somewhere. Please answer seriouly.

Are the Troops really fighting for USA freedom? If so How?

Did not USA soldiers fight for USA freedom to take the lands from the Native American?

Are they defending the Constitution Of the USA? If so How?

How much of the Constitution Of the USA do you supposed the troops know or understand? What percentage know or understand it? How in depth is their review of Constitution of the USA before taking the oath to defend it? How often is an in depth review of Constitution Of the USA done by ordinary USAcitizens?

If Lawyers, Judges, Politicians understand the Constitution Of the USA best, why are not they on the frontline instead of the troops?

If so how our freedom at risk?
Are they just mindlessly following orders?

Will not those same troops be obliged to kill, maime, torture, imprison, etc, USAmerican citizens if ordered to do so?

I'm very disappointed in all politicians nothing gets done. Were caught up in a war that isn't worth one drop of American blood. Are borders are WIDE open. Were out sourcing every job we can to the person we can pay the least. The health care is jacked up. The judicial system is a joke & I can go on & on. I would get rid of em all.

my opinion of her is that she was a power hungry tyrant who broke the backs of the british workers, shutting down coal mines, steel works and generaly ignoring the wishes of the manual workers in her quest to create more wealth for those at the top of the ladder, this is evident in tv dramas of the early 80,s like alan bleasdales '' boys from the blackstuff'' showing how those at the bottom of the social scale were left in desperation unable to provide for their families or even to find work she was saved by the outbreak of war against argentina where victory guaranteed her another term in office. in my mind she gave us victorian values alright, creating a 2 tear system of those who had it all and those who had it taken from them and were left with nothing, just seen a programme comemorating the end of the falklands war and them speaking of her in glowing terms, have they lost their memories of what life was really like for so many living under her tyrany? whats your opinion her?

Is it the fact that they have defended our country for over 200 years?

Is it the fact that they have fought in wars all over the planet for the freedoms of people they've never met,in countries they've never been to,and never asked for anything in return but a place to bury their dead?

Is it the fact that they have selflessly defended the rights of others with very little reward other than personal pride for a job well done?

Of course Libs always say they support and love the Military, but their actions by and large put the lie to that statement.

Is anybody else getting tired of calling customer service for U.S. companies and end up talking to someone in India? The goverment claims they "outsource" jobs that Americans don't want yet countless people have been thrown out work. I can hardly understand these people and resent them getting my personal information. If they steal that information how will we be able to track them down. Why do they use names like Sam and Susie as if we'll beleive they're in the U.S? I've asked them and they will finally admit they're in New Delhi when I push them for an answer. Any thoughts?

We are wasting Billions on bigger government the inept Bush Administration created! We already had a Department of Defense..we could have centralised a department within the department to work with local law enforcement and to collate services. Homeland Security is a trite attempt at making it look like our so-called leaders are responding appropriately to terrorists. Just like invading a country that had nothing to do with 9/11...These are all scare tactics to make the current administration look usefull, when in fact, we the tax payer are being bled for TRILLIONS of dollars!

I know they are in positions that are to be respected-I am a Vietnam Vet-I think these two have hurt our country so badly-no kids should die for oil-500 billion? We should have taken care of our own -we could flatten those who threaten us-no nation building.

They have no right and we don't need an uneducated underclass that needs ridiculous amounts of resources as they refuse to assimilate. Ever see South America? A total dump of hovels and slums. Blame the politicians there but with the illegals come that transformation. Bet bitter illegals answer this in nasty way sthat show the true character of the culture they bring. Legals? All are welcome!

President Bush laid down an impassioned defense of his Iraq policy yesterday, saying the United States must stay in the fight despite an escalating death toll, increasing calls for the withdrawal of U.S. troops and growing public sentiment against the war.

While acknowledging that raging sectarian violence and mounting U.S. casualties in Iraq are "straining the psyche of our country," Bush said that withdrawing U.S. troops before the nation is stabilized would be disastrous.

"Leaving before the job would be done would send a message that America really is no longer engaged, nor cares about the form of governments in the Middle East," he said. "Leaving before the job was done would send a signal to our troops that the sacrifices they made were not worth it. Leaving before the job is done would be a disaster, and that's what we're saying."
