I do not know alot about political things but i hear everyone talk crap about George Bush even i do, but at the end of the day i think what is george bush doing wrong? i mean i know that he sent our troops out to Iraq just for oil but on other things what could another president do or have done that woud have prevent this or what could another president do to have the people on there side? I believe know matter who is president some people are not gunna like or agree with them because thats politics it your opinion, but in your opinion what could some other president do to help us Americans or those who live in America?

My teacher tells me that America citizens will vote 51st state of America is Puerto Rico next year.

Before America citizens veto Puerto Rico from became 51st state after 51% said no and 49% said yes.

Now what do you think about that as PR will become state of America.

I don't recall a time in history when the United States protected Canada. Nor do I recall a time in history when we needed American protection. In fact, the only nation that has ever invaded Canada has been the United States.

Both countries are the best of friends, very connected, and should be proud of such a great alliance. But I don't understand when Americans throw the "we protect you" line at me when I debate about politics.

I don't want to hear Anti-American remarks, or Anti-Canadian remarks. I want to hear intelligent, coherent comments aimed towards how some believe the United States protects us from foreign threats.

The conservatives seem to preach Jesus and yet they are against

Universal health care
A social safety net
A fair tax syestem
A higher standard of living for the poor the welfare bums and so on

How is it that the conservatives who thump that bible so hard justify any of their stances on war and some detail like stem cel research when they make and buy bio chemical weapons and nuclear warheads at a rate that no other nation could hope to attain

Are the conservatives who make these so called moral stances just a bunch of liars and hypocrites - that do not "love their nieghbor as themselves ?

Clinton was impeached and what did it matter? So if they did impeach Bush..what does that do to him that he should worry about? What is the purpose of impeachment and what serious impact does it have? What did it have on Clinton? Seems to have had none.

im doing a research that invoves a comparison between the egyptian and US constitution.

in the egyptian constitution it states that "the president shall not dissolve the people's assembly [egyptian parlement] unless it is necessary...." i.e the president can dissolve the parliment. so can the president of the US do the same? if not who can the people?

Well seems like old Al has been flying to Canada on pleasure trips lately with just 2 people aboard his private jet looks like the ol boy would jet pool at least considering how concerned he is with Global Scamming oops I mean warming.
