The constitution was made by the delegates to a constitutional convention wherein all the articles were debated upon. The proposal was approved by the people and declared adopted by the head of the state.

the main 2 elements to form the constitution r the lok sabha & the rajya sabha.Rajya sabha is present in all the states while Lok sabha is present only in central .
