Well seems like old Al has been flying to Canada on pleasure trips lately with just 2 people aboard his private jet looks like the ol boy would jet pool at least considering how concerned he is with Global Scamming oops I mean warming. Thank god Al is able to buy his Carbon Offsets whatever that is so he can be carbon neutral isnt it nice that a man can buy his way out of this awful global warming crisis that we are in?

Yes, the "offset" is how he justifies his extravagances. Personally, I don't think being "carbon neutral" is good enough. If you're going to preach to the masses, you should be setting the example in ALL areas. You should be "carbon negative," or whatever they call it.

He should be traveling by horse and carriage by land, and row boat by sea. Then his words will carry more weight, and then I might listen to him. As for me, I will continue to recycle everything, turn off all my lights that aren't in use, use the AC and heater in accordance with city guidelines, and use my energy-saving major appliances during non-peak hours. Not because of any threat of global warming, but because it just makes good sense and it's being a good steward of this planet.

This shouldn't surprise anyone. Politicians never practice what they preach but they want us to practice what they preach. And...Gore may change his mind about global warming in the near future. He's been known to change his thinking on several issues.

Who cares? Gore ain't causing global warming anyway unless you see him as being full of hot air.

makes you wonder how these trips are financed. Most likely from a carbon offset account.

No, his jet is invisible and glides on air current so no fuel was used.
See, I can twist the facts just as cleverly as you do.
And that's just 10% of what I can do.
