The President cannot dissolve or have any direct effect on the congress. The constitution in this country mandates when the congress is to be in session.

No the President cannot dissolve Congress. Here is the section of the Constitution dealing with the powers of the President
Section 2. The President shall be commander in chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the militia of the several states, when called into the actual service of the United States; he may require the opinion, in writing, of the principal officer in each of the executive departments, upon any subject relating to the duties of their respective offices, and he shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment.
He shall have power, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to make treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, shall appoint ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, judges of the Supreme Court, and all other officers of the United States, whose appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by law: but the Congress may by law vest the appointment of such inferior officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the courts of law, or in the heads of departments.
The President shall have power to fill up all vacancies that may happen during the recess of the Senate, by granting commissions which shall expire at the end of their next session.

No. The US Constitution has 3 co-equal branches of government. The people may "dissolve" Congress by voting them out of office ( the house every 2 years and the Senate every 6 years) something that needs to done desperately!

If you type "Constitution of the United States of America" into your favorite search engine, you can read it for yourself.
We don't specifically SAY the president can't dismiss Congress (that wasn't considered a problem, given the structure of our government).
The three branches of government: Executive (pres), Legistlative (Congress), and Judiciary (courts) are (supposed to be) equal.
It WOULD violate the Constitution for the president to dismiss or disband or dissolve Congress.
Every two years, every member of the lower house, and one third of the members of the upper house (the Senate) are up for re-election.
That's the only time we, the people, can get them tossed out of office.

The president can not dissolve the congress. The congress has the power to expel an individual member for certain actions. The people have the ability to vote members of congress out of office.

Yes, it is called a self coup or auto coup, the president stops the constitution after that he/she dissolves the congress then he/she becomes a dictator (most of the time)

Yes, he can use his executive order in the time of a national crisis such as a war or great conflict to suspend the powers of congress and take control of all natural resources. They are dangerous and we should be worried about them. Currently there are 51 executive orders and I don't know if any have been used to date.

To my understanding, the President doesn't have the power to do anything to congress. They can fight, bicker, and mud sling, but the President can't dissolve congress for any reason.

He can't as far as I could tell when I read the US Constitution. Congress can dismiss the president by impeaching him though, but even for this to happen the president must ahve broken laws for the process to begin.
