We give hundreds of billions of our taxes away to every other freakin' country on Earth to help them rebuild or meddle in their politics, we need to start making sure US citizen are taken care of first! There are so many poverty stricken eldery, families, and individuals in this country, many of whom can't get help because of red tape and bueacracy. Oh but our government freely hands out cash to other foreigners and immigrants no questions asked. Think of the billions of dollars earmarked for the war in Iraq that we could be using to help our citizens get out of poverty, get homes and jobs. LET'S START REBUILDING THE USA AND TAKING CARE OF OUR PEOPLE FIRST INSTEAD OF EVERY FREAKIN' OTHER COUNTRY IN THE WORLD

What would have been your response to the attack on the Twin Towers etc? If you can agree that 911 was an act of war against the US. What would have been your response and or solution if you were Commander In Chief aka President of the USA at that time.

Many states are now putting a limit on how close a dancer can be to a patron, hours of operation, or if they can talk to the patron. Is this a limit on freedom of speech?

since all Republicans get handouts from Bush/Cheney, then a provision allowing subsidies like the farm subsidies for rich Republican farmers should be given to the people driving the empty trucks back to Mexico.
call it the Coyote subsidy

Im just curious why is it that people blame the government for everything..it seems like no matter what they do people will criticize them. This is not in support of labour or tony blair or anything im just wondering what people think... Surely no matter what decision a governemnt makes it is up to the individual in the end to implement it. Or are the government always the big bad evil guys?!

What justifies presidential suspension of habeas Corpus?
Does suspension of Habeas potentially give the executive power to curtail exposure of criminal activity originating in the executive branch?
Does suspension of Habeas Corpus potentially give the executive unprecedented power to stifle public opposition to executive policy?
Is that potential acceptable in light of the principles the United States of America is founded upon?
If such powers which are absolute (and eventually history shows absolute power corrupts absolutely) is it not an imperative of the first order that such powers should be revoked yesterday and such powers should have never been evoked in the first place?
Is the legislative majority failing and failing miserably , almost criminally, in correcting this potentially insidious power?
If so, why so ?
The executive assures the public that this power is only used against "terrorists" and "of course " would never be used for any other reason against American citizens but in the final analysis the ability to fix a problem by simply making an individual disappear is a power we must not allow and by all rational the revocation of suspension of Habeas Corpus should have been the number one priority of the legislature in cleaning our own house before continuing on to promote democracy on foreign soil..
Yet it stands and it stands because our governance allows it to stand and the public fails to demand and demand emphatically that it stand no longer.
In failing to correct this abysmal problem we are giving license to absolute corruption of the principles of democracy and freedom.

If you take the 5oo+ questions a person answers and analyze their answers you can get a real good idea of who they are, where they come from, if they are a threat, and a complete internet history. Not everyone is looked at but when the government asks, yahoo and others readily provide your info.

I replied to a job in the Columbia, SC classifieds six years ago about a one day job that would pay $250. I was contacted by a doctor who told me to show up at the address listed below.

A strange study was conducted on me that included isolation, military enforcement, and 3 hour lie-detector test in which I was told to lie, but not explicitly. Everything was videotaped and I was asked not to speak of the study to anyone.

I would like to know the results of the study, whether I should expect any long-term effects, and if any of my personal information is on file with the Federal Government about this study.

The experience was very surreal, and I have a strange feeling that I have forgotten something important about the study.

Can anyone help me get to the bottom of this? Google-ing the name of the building does not help much, as I have tried to contact them via email and phone before.

Thanks in advance!

Strom Thurmond Federal Building

Columbia, SC 29201 USA
