Actually, that would be a wise investment for anyone if they forsee war, and most people did shortly after 9/11. Unfortunately for Bin Laden, if he did invest funds, he never would see them as his accounts have been frozen since 9/11. I'm pretty sure that the president isn't allowed any say-so in his investments during the presidency. There's some sort of "blind trust" set up for him and his family during his term of service as president. He isn't able to manipulate it himself. It is handled by professionals.

Where are you getting this rediculious info from? Bin Laden is not allowed to own, purchase, or hold any part of an American company. Most all of the other countrys in the world also forbid him from even using there banks.
