I told him it's the worst idea ever, but I think the idea of so much money is all he can think about... Can you guys tell me what the penalty would be...worst and best scenarios? I want him to see what kind of trouble he could get in before he makes this decision...it could jeopordise his wife and 2 children too right? Help me please...

My mother is dying from cancer. She lives in a different town from where her final resting place is. Money is an issue because there isnt alot. I want to know how it can be done by a relative and the legal aspects of doing so . Where she lives is 2 and a half hours from where the cemetery is. She is older and her and my dad are scraping as it is. Can a family member drive her to the mortuary themselves and what do they have to do to do it legally and ethically right?

While he MAY not be the WORST, he clearly is in the bottom 3 or 4. No serious, objective person would try to challenge that fact. It's not a sin for a Prez of your own party to simply not work out for the best. So why all the emotional and empty attempts to defend the indefensible?

Outside of being a spouse of a governor and president, what really are her qualifications..... just wondering?

Also have wondered what her ties with New York was, was she born there? or did she just have a desire to represent them? how good of a job has she done representing them? I haven't followed her voting record as I do not reside in the state of New York?

Is there a definition of the word? What's your definition? Do you see it as a derogatory insult or as a point of pride that someone has to stoop to name calling?

I had my boyfriend's ex-wife arrested January 07 for harassment, threatening with a knife and sharp objects, plus for verbal abuse in public, as her child was viewing this, against me. She was picked up by the police as I made my complaint. Now, her case was dismissed from court after 12 months, and 1 year of order of protection from her to stay away from me; then recently she made a remark through a third party that she was inquiring about sueing me for defamation, although she's had psych evaluations and Children Services come to her home for proof of child endangerment. They miraculously cleared her as not a threat to society, yet she continues to be a threat, indirectly-through a third party- to my life. Constant bad mouthing and cursing about me. Does she have a leg to stand on? Should I seek some kind of legal rights? I don't have the order of protection any longer, since the case closed this December. Please someone help me.

An African American 14 yr old was gunned down in front of his school by drive by Latinos associated with a gang.
It seems to me the police seem to be intimidated by gang members also.

They should get severe punshiment or shot on sight!

i'm enlisying next month, and i know it is the right move but i get so nervous when i think about leaving my family and friends... also explaining my decision to everyone is not something i feel like doing right now in my life...for the past year and a half I have been trying to get it together, and I don't think most people will understand, I'm supposed to be graduating from college by now... and i'm 2 years away....I think people will say I'm running but I'm not... I have thought about this for a year, anywho what emotions did you experience when you decided to enlist. I know finish school get a job is what I should do, but for the past year in a half I have been wasting my time and my life... I'm 21... I have tried everything, I wanted to join last year but was too concerned about everyone and everything else. so what were your feelings when you joined. just want to know if the nervousness is normal?

How many guys (even gals) out there go commando (do not wear underwear) when they are wearing their ACUs or BDUs (a.k.a. camis or camoflauge uniform). I always find it more comfortable. Curious to see what everyone else thought.

I am currently deployed to Iraq, and have 9mo left of my tour. I have major back problems due to a vehicle accident last year at this time. I have been to the doctors out here and they have put me on a P3 permanent profile and have recommended I redeploy back to the states for MEB, treatment, and final medical disposition. My P3 profile states that i am unhealthy for deployment. My unit is being stubborn and they are not complying with the recomendations of the doctors out here. They will not send me home to get the medical attention that i need. I have been told that no one can deny you medical treatment in the military, so i ask are they able to deny me the oppurtunity for redeployment and medical attention back in the states? Is there any way that i can fight them on there decision about my medical issues?

I speak as a European Christian. I say it is the 5th Crusade (do your history) in everthing but name. We should be ashamed of ourselves. Did we not learn our lesson? Do you know that we (Christians) murdered over 90,000 women, children and men in the 1st Crusade sacking of Jerusalem? The knights were walking waist deep in blood and guts. They raped everything in site. They were out for themselves and nothing else. "Deus le Veult" (God Wills it) was being shouted from the roof-tops in Norman France. They had no more interest in God then the man the moon. George Bush's war may not be as bloody or rampant but it has the same goals. Now I have 1 question; is that Christian?

I am an independent voter. I am not backing for any candidates at this time. According to CNN, "Truth is, he wasn’t very religious,” said Obama. “He met my mother. My mother was a Christian from Kansas, and they married, and then divorced. I was raised by my mother. So I’ve always been a Christian."

He clearly stated that he was raised by his mother and she was a Christian. If it’s true, why did his mother get married to another Muslim after she divorced Obama's father? He spent his childhood in Indonesia with his mother & step father. I want independent voters (Please no Obama, Hillary, Edwards, or Republican voters) to respond please!
