For starters there are the lies. Lies which have led to the deaths and slaughter of over 700,000 Iraqi civilians and way over 10,000 US contracters and soldiers. There is the lie about Saddams non existent WMD's, there is the 911 investigation which Bush funded ($15 million) yet the Republicans spent $60 million investigating Clintons spoof stain!!
There is the trashing of Americas constitution, illegal wiretaps, Bush pardoning Libby (while the media gave us the Paris Hilton decoy), there is Bush trying to sack all the supreme court judges and replace em with yes men from the old boys network, then there is Bush trying to rush through retro active laws absolving himself from war crimes charges for phuks sake!!! when will people wake up and take a look around????
There is so much to hate about Bush and the current administration that some of us could write 5 or 6 books on the freakin subject.

The so-called "thriving" economy under Bush is a mislead belief by the same narrow minded morons who put him back into office a second time.
Ask anyone who works in retail sector and see how bad their sales are this year compared to the last 5 years.
Ask someone who works in unemployment when people drop off the ability to collect their earned and deserved unemployment check because Bush has sent there job overseas for Abdhula and Hajii to perform now. Also ask them why Bush disallowed the normal extension for benefits (unemployment) that has helped to remove people off the radar much quicker. A disguise effect used by Bush to make the unemployment numbers look much better than they truly are.
History will document the atrocities Bushco has created and how much corruption he allowed to breed through out the government. It will also in detail explain how he managed to manipulate those of the Federal Reserve into allowing the stripping of requirements for lenders to provide home loans to safe risk consumers.
Bush is already "as a seated president" the worst leader this country has ever had.
In every task that was handed to him, whether it be the situation in Iraq, Korea, Hurricane Katrina, the elections, the economy, no child left behind.....every area where even moderate influence by him could have avoided miserable failure he instead ignored or totally admonished himself and his constituents of any responsibility to the people of this country who employ him!!!

He is by far not the worst. There were President's that couldn't lead to save their lives and fortunately the union was strong enough to survive them.
The vitriol heaped on George W., is often way over the top. He has made mistakes, of this there is no doubt.
While I am not saying these men are better or worse, let's look at some of the major failures of our Presidents over the years.
How about Herbert Hoover and the great stock market crash, William Henry Harrison for dying 40 days into office, because he gave a 2 hour inaugural address on the capital steps in a blizzard with no overcoat on or how about the mess James Buchanan left the country in that led us to the civil war?
Kennedy with the Bay of Pigs fiasco and his failure to invade leaving Fidel Castro in power for another 40 years, Johnson escalating the Vietnam war, Richard Nixon and Watergate or the stagflation unleashed on us by Jimmy Carter?
While it is easy to throw heat at George W., I believe history will be his judge, not us. Fifty years from now he will be hailed as a hero that started the liberation and democratization of the middle east or a misguided man who got us into a war with people we didn't understand and could not reason with.
I am hoping for the former. I really want to believe that he has set us down a long and winding path, but as we always do we will find the golden road on the other side.
Like so many leaders, he will be a hero or a goat.

1. They honestly think he is doing a good job.
2. They know the truth , but are making $$$$( blood money) coz of war. and they don't look at the mirror that often ??!
3. Work in some war related co, and don't want to lose their job, even if what they do is used to kill K's and Meg's of innocents.
4. Not enough brain activity.
5. just another Gi Joe Kid ?!
Best Regards.

No emotion here. For me its just an indication of how much an ignoramus the individual who would make such a claim is. Under Bush we have had a thriving economy. His administration has prevented terrorism here at home and did the right thing by going into both Afghanistan and Iraq. Can anyone think we would be better of if Saddam was still in power?
True. Bush has made some mistakes in not effectively following victory with an effective change in government in Iraq. He also deserves blame for the idiotic McCain-Feingold campaign finance reform and no-child left behind, and not curbing government spending.
Compared to Clinton who accomplished little, but had a silver tongue, Bush is at least an average President.

You say that while he may not be the worst......can you name anyone else who has openly said "The constitution is just a goddamned piece of paper"???? Has any other president taken America into 2 hostile invasions within 3 years? There is no one worse than Bush, and people need to wake the hell up.

Your own question proves other wise.
Why do so many people get angry when someone refers to Bush as the worst Prez in our history?
When you state "so many" you negate your own presupposition. Bush is a two term president whose terms have been littered with historic occurrences. History can not and will not record him as anything other than a President that dealt with obstacle after obstacle despite low satisfaction numbers and constant descent from the opposition party.

Well I guess what is your definition of History? It's hard to say that Bush is the worst in history when he is clearly still Commander in Chief, and was elected twice. As of now it would be hard to put a number on him someday historians will be able to look back and judge him on his actions by facing a crisis in which our country has never seen. Jobs are at an all time high, and the stock market has broken record after record while he was in office. He stood fast against a new kind of enemy one that we've never seen before, and only the president before him had 8 years to get but failed at it because he was getting blow jobs in the Oval Office. Other than that time will tell what kind of leader Bush was.

People hate him for no particular reason!!!!!!!!
He has made iraq a good place now! They even got enough power that they warded off people that came to attack them the other day!
AND
Bush protected us from the "second" 9/11
AND
Bush has made our education better
