We'll never know, he flip-flops on the issues. What we do know is that someone like him may be able to be in the legislative branch, if watched closely. But certainly not President. Our president must be decisive, able to stand firm in his convictions, clear-thinking and rational. Those words do not fit Romney.
I can't get past his irrational beliefs. Anyone who buys stock in snake oil is suspect. Romney believes that some guy named Joe Smith put some magic rocks in a hat, stuck his face in the hat and translated messages from a man named Elohim who had been elevated to a god.
It's a free country, he can believe that, and all the other weird things he believes in, like magic underwear (serious) if he wants to. But as far as being rational enough to run this country, I'd rather vote for a mental patient who picks lint balls off his old sweater but doesn't believe he's going to evolve into a god and get his very own planet. (also serious)

no rely what you examine right here in Y/A, Romney has made it tremendously sparkling what his intentions are as quickly as elected. you probably did have an outstanding answer that reported you visit Romney information superhighway website, yet i'm thinking maximum would be so satisfied that the industry will take a steep climb to highs we've under no circumstances seen until now. and that's via fact Obama is going away, yet there is purely one thank you to make certain; vote Romney!

Yes, he has a plan. First, as a successful business man (and by successful, I mean he's made hundreds of millions of dollars helping businesses like Domino's, Sports Authority, Brookstones, and Staples get their starts), he'll help save this country's economy. He is the candidate best-suited to give this federal government the audit it's been longing for since only George Washington's ghost knows when. No half-brained "I'm going to stimulate economy" answers from Romney; he'll march into the White House and actually do it.
The next step, or a concurrent one at least, will be the war in Iraq. He'll talk to the generals on the ground and as many military experts as will come forward to offer their advice and counsel about how best to end this conflict. He wants to bring the troops home, but he also wants to leave a stable Iraq behind when he does; one that won't be vulnerable to takeover by fundamentalist regimes, like al Qaeda (and I should say Hostile takeover).
As far as immigration goes, Tom Tancredo was right: Romney's plan is the best of any of the candidates'. Build the fence, enforce the laws, deport illegal immigrants, and provide a tamper-proof ID card for legal immigrants and workers. If he fails to do this, then it will be due to the control of Congress by Democrats and compromising Republicans.
He'll gather the best advisers he can and every piece of relevant information available for every problem that this country faces. That's his style and the secret of his success: gathering every bit of data he can get his hands on, listening to every side of every argument, and then making the best decision he can. Wouldn't it be wonderful if we had a president who did that?

First up; He's Mormon. - who cares. if you or anyone has a problem voting a person because of their religion, YOU are the problem, not them.
Second; Flip-Flopper - Technically he's only FLIPPED, not flopped. This is what they are calling him for changing his mind. He has expressed many times he used to be Pro-choice, and now he is not. he has learned and rethought his previous stance, and now is ProLife. Whether you believe in his views on abortion or not, since when did it become "not ok" to change our view? Some consider this a great thing, it shows hes not stubborn and very teachable, open-minded and willing to admit he was wrong. - that takes humility.
so whether you think he 'flipped" for the sake of getting a vote or not, until he changes back to Pro-Choice, he's not a flipp-flopper, just a flipper.
When it comes to the economy, there's no one better suited, including stingy Ron paul who swears hes going to tear down costly agencies like the IRS and CIA. - Thats possible in old man fantasy land where Paul lives, but thats not reality. Romney is a smart, savvy business man who's strengths are dollars and cents.
Strong on borders, jails, punishment, supports troops, supports lawful immigration, and healthcare reform.
He's very electable

His plan for himself is to pander and flip flop himself into office. For the country? Doubtful, I assume just implement the agenda of the special interest groups that got him to office. He has no principles, he's an empty suit.
