my friend was driving a car registerd to me (that i have been letting her drive for the past 5 months) and she decided to go to a pharmacy drive through, say she was someone else, and obtain this other person's pain killer.

we know this other person (the one she took the rx from) and the person called the cops. I had no idea my friend was going to do this, was not in the car, i have no record and i was at work all day (which can be verified).

the person that called the cops knows that i have nothing to do with it but wants to bust my friend. that is perfectly fine with me. here comes the bad part.

i used to buy a few from the person that has the rx, and when they catch my friend, she will try to bring us both down with her. i haven't bought any in a couple of weeks, and my system is clean, the car i drive is clean, my apt is clean and my record is clean.
would what she tells the officer be considered heresay? or could i face charges (with no physical evidence)??

I want to leave early in the summer, but it takes over 6 months for a passport to be approved. I need to be able to leave legally as soon as possible. Also, what information does anyone have about finding someone in a foreign country that you have never been to before and can barely speak the language? I need to find this person, but it is so difficult!! They have my heart, and I need to be with them!!! I would leave now, but I can't for various reasons. Please help me find a way to my lover before it is too late!!! Please!! I need to find a way to him!! He needs to know that I still love him before it is too late!!

If and when his pay will start (all the other stuff doesnt bother me) the length of time he is going to be gone will be HARD but we will live through it. I am use to the military life so the adjusment isnt going to be hard for me.

I know they get paid the 1st and the 15th of each month but would like to know around about amount to expect? Does anyone know how much he will be paid and if I (as his wife) will recieve pay as well?

the guy got 10 years in Dec 2005 but got 4 years off his sentence 3months later on his appeal. he's due to get out in Sep 2009 but there is a chance he can get out in Sep 2008 if the parole is successful! Is there anyway at all to stop this b*****d getting out early? anything at all to try and stop this happening? thanks
