If he was directed NOT to do something then did it anyway he will most likely receive a punishment. He already had his warning basically. He won't just be handed more and more chances if he can't comply.
Second you don't state if it were against you, another man, or children, elderly or any thing. Some of that would also change judgement a bit.
My advice would be worry for the person he received this violation for. Obvisouly he is dominating or violent towards someone or someone made it appear as he was.

Did you call the police when he violated? Was he re-arrested? If so , he very well could be sentenced to do time for both crimes.
If the Courts don't know about the violation because you wanted him there and didn't report it nothing will happen on that charge unless they find out. In CA domestic violence alone is a misdemeanor and defendants rarely do time for the first offense. I have seen them do time for violating a restraining order or second or third offense.

Why could you even evaluate putting your self able to probable get arrested in case you're out on bail??? in case you're arrested, the bail you published would be revoked, you would be charged with the recent arrest fee and a bail violation. you will take a seat in detention center till the unique fee, the recent fee AND the bail violation are all dealt with. The clever ingredient to do, could be to maintain your *** out of hassle. yet, with having a housebreaking fee, "use threatening words / habit to reason harassment alarm or misery" and now are apprehensive approximately getting arrested returned while all you're able to do is stay living house, it would not sound to me such as you are the brightest famous individual interior the sky and are in line with hazard one sandwich wanting a picnic. truly dumb ***, it is not rocket technology. stop breaking into places, shop your f'ing mouth close and don't bypass protesting. Ya in basic terms can not restore stupid.

It sounds like he would be arrested. Why did he do that? Do you have a restraining order?

I would think prison time. If he is illegal, perhaps deportation because he doesn't seem to follow our laws, more than once.
