My fiancee, from Ukraine, is here in the U.S. and her visa just expired. We are planning on getting married in exactly one week. However, after that, we do not even know where to begin with making it through the process of eventually getting her greencard or permanent residence. Can someone answer the where, when, and how's?

The website rickinnocal gave you has all the forms.

However, if her visa has expired, she is now illegally in the country and will not qualify to obtain a visa even if you marry.

You need a lawyer on this one. I recommend Holmes and Lolly ( http://www.fianceevisas.com ). They will give you a free consultation on the phone, so it costs nothing to explain your situation and get an opinion from them.
