If he was violating bail then he'd ALREADY committed another crime.

Bail is a privilege to allow you to remain free while charges are processed. If you violate your bail conditions it simply proves to the court that you can't be trusted. He will almost certainly be held in custody till trial. Bail violation is also a second offense in its own right, so he's almost certainly going to be deported anyway.

If they find out that you've helped hide him, you'll probably be arrested and charged with harboring a fugitive, and your kids put in foster care.

"financially i cant do it without him!"

Then you're probably going to have to go and live in his country with him. I'm sorry, but these are the sort of things you should think of before getting involved with a criminal in the first place.

Ask the question 5 million more times and the answer will be the same. Asking so many times actually proves the point.

Even if he was legal violating bail ensures a bad outcome. It would say that he is actually a bad father and has no care for his family. He hit you right? But he is illegal so that brings in more.

You made your bed as did he. As parents you both made decisions thinking that nothing would happen. As parents you decided a fight was the way to go and are now surprised or trying to get out of the reprecussions.

Whatever..... reminds me that I need to call my Mom and thank her for not being an idiot.

Your kids will be without parents. It is a huge crime to harbor a fugitive. so if you don't deal with it soon both of you are going to jail.

You need to include in your question exactly what he was arrested for. What did he do to violate his bail conditions?

Nothing you can do but let him be deported. Perhaps he will send you child support from his own country. Sorry, but he is an illegal criminal alien, who has commited crimes against this country.
