YA regularly deletes questions and or answers by saying they violate community guidelines. Fact is, I have seen many deleted that, in fact, did not violate any guidelines whatsoever. We have no recourse except to appeal to the bot program that deleted the question or answer and get an automated response. Questions and answers get deleted because they get reported, much the same way the nazis did in pre wwII Germany. The US constitution gives citizens the right to face their accusers, YA does not give us that right, therefore are violating the constitution in the country in which they operate, provided California is still in the USA. Any of you constitutional lawyers want to take YA to task and give our citizens their constitutional right to know who is falsely reporting, as well as who are reporting justly. There are some who have been and are still being targeted maliciously for their views, opinions, religion, and national origin. This is not what made out country great.

Consider the following:

John Kerry is appreciated…at least by North Vietnamese General Vo Nguyen Giap

Reuters reported that during the 29th celebration of the fall of Saigon, Giap articulated his thanks to "the leaders of the U.S. antiwar movement." He did not specifically mention the dysfunctional flip flopping Massachusetts Senator by name, but he made it clear that without the help (aid and comfort) of the Fonda/Kerry crowd, the U.S. would have prevailed in Vietnam.

In a Wall Street Journal interview, NVA Colonel Bui Tin specifically credited leaders of the anti-war movement as being "essential to our strategy."

On the anniversary of the Boston Tea party, Dec 16TH Ron Paul's supporters put his campaign in the history books for a number of records. We raised more money then any other candidate has been able to do. And we did it without taking bribes from lobbyist and others who donate expecting something later. We give our blood, sweat, tears and every dime that we have to show the pessimistic apathetic sleeping country that we are ready for a change and we are willing to make sacrifices. We will be heard!!!

How much more Chicken Little soup can we continue to swallow?

For a man who is so hated world wide, I find it amazing that he hasn't had a Reagan-like incident let alone a Lincoln-like incident. I'm relieved nothing has occurred as such, and I am by no means suggesting anyone should try assassinating the president.

I don't live in the US and I find this hard to believe. In Europe they would just laugh at such a regulation. I thought the US was supposed to be the land of the free? But maybe I heard it wrong.

I was stealing money in my till from my last job as a cashier at a grocery store. In time security had caught on to me and gave me the option to quit, and sign a peice of paper with my social security# on it,to 'pay back what i stole'. The security guy said that they'll take out $50 out of my paychecks until the estimated amount of money stolen was payed off. When i shared my story with some people though, they said they didnt think they can do that. Does anybody know if they can really do that?

Does it appear to you that the Republicans seem to accept the inevitability of their coming defeat? They no longer even attempt to respond to any questions about their failed administration, being content to answer…”oh you must be one of those liberals”. They really ought to get a better line. Reading goat droppings or worse parroting heir talking points from the blurbs put out by the RNC only show their desperation to find anything at all that would justify what they inflicted on this once great .nation.
If you are not wealthy, let’s face it you are not going to die of old age. Their answer…well your parents should have been more responsible and you should not have been born in the first place. They stand at the gates protecting us all from the terrible threat of socialized medicine, whatever that means. They claim we are winning in Iraq…winning what over who and for who? Terrorists of course, all couple of hundred operatives who are in a country that now has three independently operating armies of over a hundred thousand men each. Finally they claim to be the arty of fiscal responsibility saving us from those big spending Democrats, while running up trillion dollar debts.
Is it any wonder they are desperate?

I just enlisted in Navy and I told the navy classifier at MEPS that I wanted to go reserves. Anyway I picked my job (MA) and received a ship date well on my contract it states I my name am enlisting into the Naval Reserves for a period of 4 yrs active and 4 years reserves. I took this as 4 yrs active reserves 4 yrs IRR. However, I then look at my A-school contract and it states 4 yrs active duty. So my contract states I'm going reserves and active duty and I think something got messed up in the paperwork process. Will I have to go back down to MEPS and redo everything. Thank you
