make out with someone for money
sell your panties
give someone a handjob/finger them for money

I'm wondering where the line is drawn between legal and not legal sexual acts for money? I know it's illegal to give someone oral or have sex with them but what about other things?

And does it make a difference whether the exchange is for money or for something like food or a shirt?

Selling your panties is legal, so is paid for phone sex. The rest is not. Any sort of sexual gratification where you touch them for money is prostitution. Except in a few places. Keep in mind though that if you don't pay taxes on the panty money then it's a problem too.

A 'handjob' is still sex in the eyes of the law, and if you do it in exchange for any "valuable consideration" then it's prostitution, and is illegal.

"Valuable consideration" is anything that has value to you - money, a shirt, food, concert tickets, anything.

any time you take money or something of value for intimate touching and behavior you can be arrested for prostitution. I know someone who never even got that far and got arrested for it. Beat the charge but only because the guy did not show up.

It is illegal for any sexually favours in exchange for money, but according to a police officer that I complained to about someone offering my 14 year old daughter drugs for sexual favours, that was not illegal for him to do. stupid laws. So you can give or ask for anything except money.

Performing sexual acts for money is prostitution, and is illegal in all states except for a few counties in Nevada.

It would depend on your definition of "making out;" if genital contact is involved, it's prostitution.

You can sell your panties to whomever you please. Ick.
