i need to help .... what can i do him cause if i dont its going to hurt our babies

Do you mean you had a restraining order, he came to your place in violation of it, and for that he was arrested?
If that's the case, there's nothing you can do about any charges. A restraining order is an order from the COURT to keep away. The person who has the order has NO authority to allow the restrained person to violate the order.
If he violated the order, then the decision on whether or not to press charges is ENTIRELY up to the DA - you have no say in it.

i have no idea what you are talking about, but i can assure you, you he did not get arressted because of you. unless you lied and accused him of something he didnt do. other wise, he got arressted because he broke the law. you cant have someone arressted. the police make an arrest if they have evidence of a crime, whether you want him arressted or not.
he might convince you it was your fault and now your babies will suffer if you do not get him out of jail, but he got himself arressted.
