The hearing continues for about 6 months and finally decision announced by Judge.The mens were release on statement given by judge that " I think that this 10 years old girl was interested in SEX and she was agreed with these 9 mens so thats why these 9 mens rapped her turn wise...... Now what do you think about these judges Are they Gone mad or what? or there is no law or no justice left in this world. WHAT DO YOU THINK THAT THIS 10 YEARS OLD GIRL CAN BE INTERESTED IN SEX... I Need your comments for my further actions... Thanks

I'm trying to find a name & address for someone overseas (preferably with no family) to send a package. I was sending some to someone in the air force, but I've had no communication from them for at least 6 months. The gov't should have already checked me out since I've sent several packages.

I asked a question which was critical of Bush and the Surge. A few conservatives had no rebuttal except for a single line personal attack. (Examples)
"The surge didnt fail. But your parents did."
"it hasnt failed but you have at life"
"I assume you are just some Code Pink hackjob trying to spread your propaganda."
A couple more attached a parting shot to their rebuttal but at least they had a rebuttal. My skin is a little too thick to be penetrated by juvenile tactics. But what does that say about our schooling? Are we no longer able to engage in intellectual debate?

Most people choose to deal in absolutes and paint a black an white picture of every issue.
In a similar way you can be against the reasons for war and the war itself yet support the troops. Not every belief and issue is a package deal. All issues can be broken down into separate and sometimes varied parts.

Yes I am against Israels bait and attack method they use with the Palestinians. But I'm not anti Jewish.
As with America it's not the Americans it's their government thats messing up the world.

Of course that's only my opinion

How long to I have to file attemted fraud charges against a cheveron dealer on top of a 7000.00 dollar swindle for my car being repaired if this took place in 2001. After complaining to the Cheveron coporation the next day the station had a new sign which read Mobile. Cheveron pulled the franches from the dealer and I was told that they were aware of what this dealer had been doing. Does any no what my recourse could be and what recourse do I have againt Cheveron coporation. Neither the dealer and Cheveron corporation refused to refund my money. None of my money has been given back to me as of this date. I live in Texas.

If any republican tried to spread to another war and extend american imperialism,or censor the internet, does anyone see that there are enough really upset people in america, that it would drive the people to revolt.

I just called their 800 GIVE LIFE NUMBER and was told there's no record of my donation there because they only serve PA and NJ. I told them I donated in NC so I was given their number to call...I call NC only to be told they have no data on individuals' donations or personal information. They have no such database and I'd have to call the 800 GIVE LIFE number 'cuz that's their main branch...
I call them AGAIN, press a diff. # only to be directed to the same inebriate I spoke with the first time.She insisted I call the NC branch again, and I informed her they have NO DATA and I was told that I need to speak to someone at the main branch. She said my information does not pop up because I donated in CA. CA? What is she talking about??? This woman sounded like she did drugs; erratic and non-sensical. I cut her off and asked to speak to someone else there, preferably a manager. He got on the phone/ gave me the same run-around/ I panicked and shouted "Where is my blood!" No one knows...

I have noticed that a lot of Americans have emigrated to France Britain and other European countries particularly France. Whats soo appealing in France/Europe that has Americans emigrating there.

Also which Americans are likely to leave America permanently and why. Im asking this because im a foreign student in the USA and one classmate of mine (American) told me she doesnt like america and wants to emigrate to Brazil,,,I never got her explination for why she hates America but I have always beleived that Americans love their country and would never leave it but even in my home continent there is a growing number of Americans some of whome are wealthy middle class who want nothing to do with America.

If the company refuses to pay overtime and the following is stated in the contract, is this a breach of contract when 50 hours a week is worked "you are entitled to payment for approved overtime (for hours worked over 37 per week) where appropriate." What is the penalty for a company breaching their contract to their employee? And how do you go about pursuing this problem?

just got 2 notices of intended prosecution. same date, same place but different streets, 6 points on license, £60 penalty each. why? i exeeded speed by 11 mph (should have driven max 30 mph) what a crime....anyway I nearly sold my car and am leaving Uk in 7 days, how do i go thru this now as they want me to send letter confirming i was a driver then, i will need to pay and send my license and they will resent - all will take weeks, and i will be thousands miles away from Uk not looking to be back - what do i do?
