Ive been called to do jury duty starting from monday. I dont think there is anyway i can get out of it. How long will I be there and what can I expect to happen?

Hi I am currently in Tricare South (prime). My husband was stationed in Georgia but I came back to Texas once he went to Germany. I now need to get a pre-deployment screening (for dependents) and it needs to be done soon!!! I was wondering if there was a simple way for me to do this. Thank You for the Answers!!!

Hi, I was charge with Driving while under suspension, and i have court this Friday. The proscecutor want jail time, and i might get it, if they get there way. Now the judge will ask me "Do you have anything to say before i impose sentence",
I was wondering what is the best thing to say to the judge to avoid prison. I have a lawyer but i want all the help i could get. Thank you.

I could have sworn that deployments for the army were already at 15 months? I am in the army too, but got an email from military.com saying there talking about making it 15? Cause the 173rd is over in afghan and there out there for 15 months. Confused? No one is here to answer my question there in germany.

Years ago I sang a song for a movie and it was recorded into a soundtrack CD album with my name in it, and it's also broadcasted all over the cinemas, TV and radio. I was not offered to sign any contract or aggreement before that. Am i rightfully supposed to own a copyright for the song? I feel that i've been used by the record company like a moron. The israelies was just in( Anapolis) last week and promissed to stop the settlments in Palastinian lands,then on the same day they advertised new contracts to build new settelments on the palastinian land!!!
then condaliza rice was sitting with the israelies 3-4 days ago and expressed the us worries about building new settelments which embaress the us and asked the israelies to stop as agreed,
but the answer came the next day from israel,that they will continue despite any american objection!!!!!
this is israel the biggest country o receive all kind of aid,wepons & money from us every year,
so instead of supporting the us,they mean to embaress it and show to al the world how can they CARE LESS about us opinion.
and this is not the first time!!!

Opinions welcome.

To me, I think that people should not be able to own lethal firearms. Instead, replace them with more non-lethal bullets, like plastic / rubber bullets and baton rounds, which are to me, the better suited self defence weapon.
