I didn't even know they let any of the sharia law in im shocked ,how they have been allowed to let them put these into effect its wrong and the Uk is getting slowly eroded. They will take a small piece at a time, till its too late for everyone living their and the vote will shift to them and they will gain power. Its the people fault for allowing others to have their freedom in the land. Islam is on the rise and you cant speak out for being called racist. For the greatest trick is to be friendly and at peace and multiply and take control from within.I think their is another organism which shares the same ways,i think they are viruses

I like the how were we 60 years ago answer. Yes, even worse than we are now. Huge war debts, a poor manufacturing sector who had to export all our products to service those debts. A large percentage of the population that just having come off war footing didn't really fit in to the new UK.

There are good and bad points in the treaty, many of which I am concerned about. On the another hand we could have another Mosley..

Nope. This is the UK, which has signed up to various treaties and organisations, one of which is the EU. You can stop accepting those rules whenever you like, you just have to tear up the treaties.

Of course there will be consequences for such actions, bad ones Economic ruin for example. Loss of international trust and respect. Devaluation of the pound.

There are also a large number of opt outs and such when it comes to EU laws.

Another Eurosceptic question. You are still able to decide what goes on in this country by local and national elections. If that doesn't satisfy you, then you can get in touch with your councillors and MPs.
You can also get in touch with your MEP.

Claiming that the EU is autocratic is ridiculous. It's not perfect, but we are better in than out. There are actually laws that benefit us as well as the trading block (although the subsidies paid to farmers are too much). I'd like to see root and branch reform of the EU so that it actually serves all of its member states more effectively.

The treaty has severely limited what our government can do.
We should get out of the EU *now*!
Please note, despite the accusations thrown at Eurosceptics I am not in the least xenophobic - in fact my wife is Italian, however I believe this country should recover full control over its laws.
It's rubbish to say we'd lose any business if we left, people would still want to do business with us - after all retaining the pound sterling hasn't caused any problems.
And we seem to do more business with China anyway!

Of course we are still the United Kingdom and decide what goes on here.

Don't be such a drama queen and stop reading The Sun as a means of finding out about these things.

I think the country had gone into turmoil since 1948, we need a stronger goverment such as the British National Party, I think that's the only way we can get out of this mess and make England feel like home again, if you speak with your grandparents and ask them what England was like 60 years ago they would say it was better a place, people were friendly, no immigrants, England has lost its heritage. STAMP OUT IMMIGRATION, I think there should be a death penalty for anyone over the age of 18 who is a immigrant this would keep the parasites from coming here.
