Yesterday I and my boyfriend was shopping at mall. When we were in food court, there was this one guy who looked at me and smiled at me.

Since my bf is very jealous type, he didn't like this so he walked up to this guy to talk to him. This guy suddenly put his bags down, as my bf get close, my bf doesn't want to fight so he tried to push this guy down. But the guy elbowed him in the face then punches him a couple time then kicked him in the thigh. My bf was trying to back away but the guy keep coming forward and kicked him in side then the head. My bf was down and unable to get up or walk for a long time.

After the polices came and talk to witnesses, they all say that my boyfriend was the one who started it. They also say since the guy was deaf, it isn't surprising he took my bf's action as a threaten. All witness say my boyfriend tried to attack this guy.

But my bf got two broken ribs, cannot bend his leg at all because of muscle pain, need 14 stitches in face.

This guy could

Whatever happened to looking something up or just saying I don't know?

You don't have to like reality, but you have to accept it.

"hate laws are only used to Prosecute White's it is not a hate crime if 20 Black's stomp a white to death while screaming Honky, White trash, White Bread."

WRONG. Minorities can also be convicted of hate crimes against whites and other minorities.

"Hate crime laws are, IMO, unconstitutional. "

WRONG. The Supreme Court has stated that they are constitutional. This is what CONSERVATIVE Chief Justice William Renqhuist said:

"Moreover, the Wisconsin statute singles out for enhancement bias-inspired conduct because this conduct is thought to inflict greater individual and societal harm. For example, according to the State and its amici, bias-motivated crimes are more likely to provoke retaliatory crimes, inflict distinct emotional harms on their victims, and incite community unrest."

for example, he wants to give illegal immigrants amnesty and is an advocate of second chances, which sounds to me like he feels sorry for people and does not want to put his foot down because of how he may be percieved. And it is easy to see why. Like a lot of people have said, Obama is very young and has a lot less experience than many of the other candidates. And while I do agree with him on many of the issues, the fact is that if he is going to be running the country then he has to know what he is doing and cannot act in lieu of his juvenile emotions. Doing so would only put this country further in jeaopardy and serve to prove his critics right. Does anyone else get this feeling about Obama? Like do you just feel that he may be too soft/forgiving to run this country unbiased if he was president?

I'm supporting Hillary Clinton because I think she has the best chance to beat the Republican candidate, and I think she'll make a very good moderate President. If she wins, than I'm going to look to Obama in 2016. If she loses, than I'll support Obama in 2012, unless Gore decides to run, in which case I'll have to make a decision between those two. Does this make sense to anybody else?

in michigan so many jobs have been shipped out of country and the few that remain only employ a small amount of people! why do people try to get others fired just because they do not like them?is it because they are such sloppy workers themselves that they are jealous of this workers dedication to quality and quanity and not wasting time? my daughter was suspended because a supervisor was mad that she got to her work area early to do paperwork for her shift, she has done this for over 3 years!! he starts yelling at her to get off the line cause he says his people are clening (there is no one on the line!) he proceeds to shove her and yelling at her threating to walk her out and grabbed her upper arm.when they both went upstairs to talk about this he of course denied it and the HR person as much as called her a liar saying none of our supervisors would lay a hand on a employee or they would be fired so he did not do it!!!! he did do it!!! this is a union shop ,shesnever beenintrouble!!!

But look at their cronyism etc. Jackson's trail of tears and the death of thousands of women and children to gail illegal access to mineral wealth. Rings with the same motives and results as Bush's Iraqi War.

And just like Bush's investors never got the oil Jacksons never got gold out of the Smokey Mountains.
