Whatever happened to looking something up or just saying I don't know?

You don't have to like reality, but you have to accept it.

"hate laws are only used to Prosecute White's it is not a hate crime if 20 Black's stomp a white to death while screaming Honky, White trash, White Bread."

WRONG. Minorities can also be convicted of hate crimes against whites and other minorities.

"Hate crime laws are, IMO, unconstitutional. "

WRONG. The Supreme Court has stated that they are constitutional. This is what CONSERVATIVE Chief Justice William Renqhuist said:

"Moreover, the Wisconsin statute singles out for enhancement bias-inspired conduct because this conduct is thought to inflict greater individual and societal harm. For example, according to the State and its amici, bias-motivated crimes are more likely to provoke retaliatory crimes, inflict distinct emotional harms on their victims, and incite community unrest."

"The State's desire to redress these perceived harms provides an adequate explanation for its penalty-enhancement provision over and above mere disagreement with offenders' beliefs or biases. As Blackstone said long ago, "it is but reasonable that, among crimes of different natures, those should be most severely punished which are the most destructive of the public safety and happiness..."

"For the foregoing reasons, we hold that Mitchell's First Amendment rights were not violated by the application of the Wisconsin penalty-enhancement provision in sentencing him. The judgment of the Supreme Court of Wisconsin is therefore reversed, and the case is remanded for further proceedings not inconsistent with this opinion. "

No need to research. This is common sense. A hate crime is a hate crime. Doesn't matter which race does it against which race. It is not only for Blacks and Whites but all races and colors. Of course they are constitutional.

Perhaps your comprehension of words is not strong.

He said, "IMO". He has every right to his own interpretation of the Constitution. It just doesn't have the power to become law. Simply because the Supreme Court ruled one way at one time, doesn't mean it was necessarily correct or true to the fundamental ideas of the Constitution.

Or are you saying you agree 100% with every ruling of the Supreme Court?

Doesn't surprise me at all. People that know stuff still say something completely different when they KNOW the right answer. I give you the example. " I did not have sex with that woman." When clearly he knew the right answer was "I did have sex with that woman." So not surprise when people that don't know something would get it wrong, on the other hand how can someone who knows the right answer get it wrong..... can you say liar.....
